DISCLAIMER: Do not try to construct your FR while you are actually sarging. Instead, live in the moment and use your memory to remember details after the fact.

1. Feedback from other PUAs can help you look at your experience from another perspective, allowing you to potentially do better next time.

2. Feedback from other PUAs could potentially help you keep your ego in check because they will call you out if you write brag reports.

3. Actively remembering as many details as possible from the previous night can help you identify and highlight what you did right and what you did wrong so you know exactly what to focus on and what to discard from your game.

4. Rereading older FRs and LRs may allow you to remember useful things you used to do but forgot all about.

5. Rereading older FRs and LRs can allow you to view past experiences from a dramatically different perspective, further preparing you for similar situations you may encounter in the future.

6. Referencing previous success will boost your confidence and can therefore help polish your Inner Game, especially if you know exactly how you achieved that success.

7. You will begin to see a pattern emerge from your successful FRs and LRs. This pattern is your personal style. If you know exactly what your style is, you'll know what to focus on to seduce more quickly and effectively in the future.

8. All in all, writing detailed FRs and LRs has a great potential to compound your success in pickup and seduction.

Now go to the FRs and LRs section and start writing your shit if you haven't already.

The points you make are actually really good, particularly towards the bottom with the pattern thing etc.

I tried to post some LRs before, but mine tend to be really, really long, and deleting all the bits of personal information is so much effort. Also deleting the excessive swearing, jokey racism, graphical sexual details and general expletives is long.

Nonetheless I'll try to post some once I start sarging again. OKKKKKK?

The most important point of the eight; from the perspective of improvement and eventual mastery of PU.

This goes hand in hand with #3.

A "polished" inner game will shine through your regular game.

Nouf' said.

I would like to remind anyone trying to learn pickup that they should head over to the Field Reports board and start a FR journal if they haven't done so already.

It's really, really worth it.

Seriously you guys.
