Some History:

Back in April I was denied by my one itis.
One thing she said to me was "Girls check you out more than you think, you are just walking around like a zombie and don't notice it".
I didn't really think much of it because I usually pay attention to things around me.
Oh how I was wrong.
Anyways this post is not about one itis. Continuing...

The Story:

Well tonight before I went to sleep I accidentally took B vitamins (Raises metabolism and will keep you awake for hours) instead of melatonin (makes you dream and get a better nights rest) before trying to sleep. Big mistake.
So I couldn't sleep at 6 AM so I said fuck it Ill go to the gym and wear myself out and try to sleep later.
So I'm at the gym minding my own business, when I got to thinking about what she said about being a walking zombie.
So I began to observe people at the gym while doing my own thing.
Then I got on the treadmills and my stomach started hurting due to some bad food I had eaten the night before.
When along comes a girl who gets on a treadmill somewhat close to me. I was more focused on my stomach that hurt like hell and then I noticed she kept looking over at me again and again.
But I ignored it because I thought she was looking at my face that said I could shit my pants any second.
Then 5 minutes later she moved to a treadmill in front and slightly to the right of me. I kept noticing her keep looking out the corner of her eye.
I ignored it still because I wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone at 6 AM. Then I see she starts running and getting her ass jiggling trying to get my attention.
Being sleep deprived I didn't think much of it then I was like oh shit she wants me to talk to her then BAM! liquid shits decided it wanted to come out, so I left immediately.
Came back to look for her but she was gone... Oh well that's not the point.

My point of all this...
Once I became aware of my surroundings and I noticed some women checking me out.
If I had not payed attention I wouldn't have noticed at all.
Did it matter how I looked? No, I looked like I was about to shit my pants, pissed at the world, and was sleep deprived.
I had a girl checking me out before it was even 7 AM when I looked like complete shit!
I could only imagine the results if I did this after 12 in the afternoon once I got ready and there were more people out and about.
So I learned today that paying attention, pays off.

Ways I Use To Become Aware Of My Surroundings:
I use my senses, all of them.
Take a look around and focus on details, listen to people talking around you, use you skin to feel what you are doing, taste the air lol, smell the pleasant and unpleasant smells around you.
This makes me become aware very fast and then I focus on keeping it there.

I agree 100% with this!

My "Natural" friend mentioned this to me recently and it was like an epiphany.

Girls are subtle, but I think in my case (and possibly others) I didn't notice these IOI's because subconcsciously I would be thinking

"Nah, she can't be interested in me"

Limiting belief

It's an area of my game I'm working on hard, that and holding eye contact

Scamp i have that 'Nah she can't be interested in me' because most of the times she is interested in other guys.can you give me some subtle hints to look for to know if she is giving me PRE ioi's?

You said you used to think 'Nah she's not interested' but now you are seeing the IOI's all over? im just curious on ways you can tell a girl gives subtle iois which will make the approach a whole lot smoother..

Basically im in the 'nah shes not interested' mindframe.So i would like to know what i can look out for.My confidence,attitude and overall game has changed but im curious about this.i just dont EVER get these from women.If they happen to look my way they are obviously just scoping out the potential of guys around.i maintain eye contact and then she looks away and after that...nothing. So yeah this theory of her giving iois before the approach seems a bit shambled (for me at least)

To start with, pre-approach IOI's are more subtle than post approach ones (they don't know if you are a weirdo or not)

Pre-approach ioi's are (in my opinion) far more common in non-nightlife situations

This is because girls have to "calibrate up" as us guys aren't so "primed" to look out for ioi's.

ALSO (and this is the kicker) Girls are FAR more likely to give IOI's to a guy who isn't looking out for them. He is not checking out girls and is completely engrossed in his activity (working out, hanging with his buds etc).

The girl has to WORK for his attention.

If a girl looks in your direction and you IMMEDIATELY start to stare at her, this will probably freak the fuck out of her and will come across as a bit desparate.

Just glance across and then look away, but keep her in your peripheral and if she returns the glance catch her eye and smile.

Secondly, you shouldn't have to wait for IOI's to approach, that's afc.

lol @ in my opinion.


In my experience the pre-approach ioi's are different concerning the GIRL not the location or time.

if she likes you on first sight she'll let you know, day time, night time, subtle or not. She will give off the signs.

Oh and definitly stare while holding a cheeky smile. It increases tension, tension is good, tension is your friend. looking away and back at her constantly is cowardice, cowardice does not get rewarded by girls.

there's a balance to it, if someone asks you something you turn your attention back to that person. Not stand like a tool drooling and being non-responsive to the rest of the world.

But I think that's pretty common sense.
