Is there a general age at which women have read "The Game?" So far, thankfully, no woman I've gamed has read the book. I keep reading about guys who use the mainstream routines and get blown out. If you've ever been blown out this way, how old were these women? I'm thinking there's a specific demographic that has read this book. Cubing is one thing, but "jealous GF" and "who lies more, guys or girls" is just asking for trouble, especially in big bootcamp cities like NY and LA.

Using stuff direct from the book is usually never a good thing, especially in my town of LA. Its been used to many times and the point of bieng a PUA is to be diffrent from other guys, that meant other PUA's. Its not that hard to create an intelligent thought provoking opinion opener! As for the DHV's, well, there just arent that many around (cold reading and story telling are good but other than that theres like only five :()

The age range of women who have read the game is far-reaching. If they can read, assume they've read the book and know what's going on. I've been blown out of only one set, and she was in her early thirties. In a younger set, mid-twenties, they hadn't read the book yet, but when I mentioned pick-up artists (I'm a very straight-forward kind of guy when it strikes me), they told me they were planning on reading it.

If they can read (and the women you want can all read, right?), treat the set as though they've all read the book and know it inside and out.

look when i first ran spells routine and C and U routine i was scared shitless that "The Game" was well known or they knew what it was and thankfully non of them knew jack. If asked the girls of the younger age groups haven't even heard of it. So don't worry as long as the girls are still young you have no problems.

I live kinda close to LA and I have never had a girl tell me she was on to me. What would you guys do if this happened....
ME: Nice ring. Do you always wear it on that finger?
HER: Awe please. Are you going to do the Ring Routine on me?
ME: (remain confident and smile) 8) [FILL IN WHAT YOU WOULD SAY HERE]

[the any routine here is girls like YOU, blowing up great chances to be with guys like ME]

i say it would work... if you join to the sentence a huge ironic smile and a deep look into her eyes

[ Well I was going to, but you apparently know it better than I do. Here, you do me! ]

Turn it around like the Sexual Predators routine, and make her chase you. Granted, I've never been in that exact position. The only time the Game has blown me out was in my first week of sets. I was still using 70% mainstream material, so I choked when I was called on it.

And I've met 18-year-olds who have read the Game. Mocha is nineteen. Age is not a factor in who has and has not read the game.

Those are some good responses. I have to admit, I would be embarrassed if PU ever backfired on me. You're right, the key I think here is to smile and give it right back to them. Don't let them take charge, keep the frame. In the GAME when Style was realizing that LA was being sarged out, he got called out by a couple sets. He wrote that he just walked away. But he was depressed at the time because Lisa was talking to some other "well built" rocker dudes. I'm sure we can even think of better things to say to keep our composure and not let her take control of the PU.
BTW, I was shopping yesterday at the mall. I'm going to Vega$ this weekend so I wanted to get some nice sunglasses and some peacock material. I went to the jewelry store and was looking at men's silver rings. I started talking to the girl behind the counter, HB8. I wasn't in the mood to sarge so I was just asking her quetions about the rings and styles that would look good with my watch, my hands, etc.. Then I just decided to do the ring routine on her to see if she was familiar with it. I figured if anyone has heard it before, it was a chick who works at a jewelry store. She thought it was so damn interesting! She kept asking me questions about Greek Gods and Horoscopes. Girls are so predictable. Hey I guess that's a good thing. Anyway, for you guys who sarge malls, a jewelry store is a great place to do the ring routine. Just don't go to the Laguna Hills mall. The jewelry store girl is sarged out. :)

Post subject:  RING ROUTINE

Ok here it goes :

Notice a gleam of metal on her fingers (a ring) and ask “I have to ask before I go with my friends:
*Why did you chose to wear that ring on that particular finger….interesting…..do you always wear those rings on the same fingers?” (Most of the time they were one or two fingers but in the same fingers , because is the finger where the ring fits.)

Option one: (if she is wearing a ring.)

“I have a friend named Nicole who is the spiritual type of girl and she was telling me that the finger you choose to wear your rings on says something about your personality.”

Option two: (If she isn’t wearing any rings.)

“I notice you aren’t wearing any rings, that’s unusual for a woman (neg). -Oh thats because... Okay so when you use any ring in wich finger you use it ? -answer- Oh...“I have a friend named Nicole..."

“Each one of these mounds (the pads on the palm where the finger joins the hand) is represented by a different god and in Greek culture you wear a ring on that finger to praise that particular god, to pay homage to that particular god.

For example the thumb represents POSEIDON (Neptune) which as you will know is the god of the sea and he was very independent. He was the only god that didn’t live on mount Olympus, he did his own thing. And the thumb kind of sticks out, it kind of does its own thing. People that wear thumb rings are therefore very individual and independent and generally do their own thing. They don’t follow trends preferring instead to set their own.

The index finger is represented by ZEUS (Jupiter) Zeus was the king of all gods, and the God of Thunder and Lightning. That’s a very dominant finger, and having a ring there means you tend to be a more dominant person. Wave your index finger at them like “no no no” or “don’t do that”. It represents power and immense energy.

Your middle finger is represented by DIONYSUS (Bacchus) which is the god of wine and partying and is a very irreverent god – So if you have a ring there you tend to do what ever you want and are less sensitive about what others think. You then lift your middle finger up on its own and give the bird and say “its like fuck you to the world”. When they are wearing a ring they always laugh at this remark.

Your ring finger is of course represented by APHRODITE (Venus). She is the goddess of love and that is why we wear our wedding rings on that finger. You can give all sorts of “you are looking for romance” type lines “when you fall for someone you tend to fall completely for them” type lines. You can add that interestingly it’s the only finger that has a vein that goes straight to your heart without branching of and so putting a ring on that finger is actually making a direct connection with your heart. If she is comfortable you Kino from her finger up her arm.

The pinky is represented by ARES (Mars) who is the God of war and that’s why you see mobsters wearing pinky rings, it’s a kinda like hidden violence. It represents conflict so if she is wearing one say “did you buy that yourself or did someone give it to you?”. So if she bought it herself it means she is kind of at war with herself, she has some inner conflict, maybe an emotional conflict or something she is not comfortable with herself about. If she was given it then ask by whom and make up some conflict line about having some tension which may be below the surface between the two of you, some unresolved problem that you just haven’t solved etc.

If she has a ring on her wedding finger say “is that an engagement ring or do you just wear that to keep the womanisers away?”

This can be used in comfort although I usually use it in A1 - almost immediately after the opener. Its a great way to start to rock out of the set at the end of the opener, then "notice" the ring and transition into the routine.
