Hey-

I was just wondering how day game should work at the gym. I always see some good looking girls at the gym using a machine or some other workout equipment. It just seems really awkward for me to use a machine that I wouldn't normally use just to go near a girl (ex. I was doing chest then I go do an ass training machine LOL).

I feel like the only opportunity I can get to speak to these chicks is if they're using a machine close to me or in my proximity. It just feels awkward to walk across the gym or even to use a machine irrelevant to my workout. There are also wayyy too many distractions if I approach a girl that is not close to me. After all, I would have to interrupt a girl's workout to speak to her. I wouldn't want to wait around while she interrupts the conversation for another set.

Any advice on how to game girls at the gym would be awesome!

Lately I have been gaming at the gym
What I like to do is ask for a good ass exercise from women lol
Usually girls ask me why I want to know and I tell her I like to have a cute ass for the ladies. It's a guaranteed laugh.
Then you can tease her lifting weights saying shes starting to look like another guy in the gym who looks like hes on 30 different steroids.
Just have fun with it and she will be attracted to you.

This is easy.

Ask if you can rotate in with her on a popular machine. Either that or get chatty on the yoga mat.

I worked at a gym for over a year. Your only obstacle is her iPod. Once she removes this you've got her hooked.

You have to say if with a slight hint of humour, but with a hint of seriousness too (which makes it more funny too).


If she plays along, it's allll good. Cos the tone is set as playful/flirty and easy to turn sexual.

You're lucky!

The gym I go to there are hardly any girls. Just a bunch of sweaty dudes and old people. And a few muscular woman who could probably pass off for sweaty dudes aswell.

Although I did get hit on by an old lady once... :oops: :shock:

I'm thinking of checking out some other gyms because I'm really into working out/eating and living healthy. It would be great to meet girls with a similar mindframe.
But the gym I go to now is so cheap and very close to me. I'm not sure if I want to go out of my way to go to a different more expensive gym just to look for girls.
