| Post subject: | How to use a gay man as a pivot ? |
was in the college pub the other night. There was a guy in his mid 30s that i know is gay who was surrounded by hot chicks in their 20s. ive seen this a couple of times in the past there are never any men around his groups of chicks other than him.they could be staying away because they are affraid of being labeled as gay if they are in his vicinity. i have said hello to him a couple of times and he says hello back. was wondering how i could use him to get access to his fag hags without them realising what im up to. I have no conscience about doing this as i find the whole women hanging on to a 100%gay man thing a bit pointless----they dress up like tarts and then claim to not want to get hit on by guys' then hang out with a guy who has no interest in them whatsoever wtf. Im not anti gay but i do think the whole fag hag thing is a bit weird--well apart from his perspective he at least is getting a lot of social proof. also i dont want to get into one of those situations where the chicks think me and him would be great together ha ha ha. should i befriend him |

Mate, there is a good reason for this, "The Gay Effect" as I like to call it, basically they feel safe around him, because they know he is gay, They know he won’t hit on them, and won’t try anything, which is why (obviously depending on the girl) If he is sleeping round their house (some girls) would let him sleep in bed with them, because they know he isn’t getting any sexual gratification from it, and won’t try anything. Where as you as a straight male friend would most likely be made to sleep on the sofa, because they think you might try something on, or get sexual gratification out of it, whereas him he is gay, he gets no gratification, obviously depending on if he is actually gay, because he may just be the Straight-Gay best friend, either by design or because he is just to shy.If you genuinely want to be friends with him go for it, it will certainly have its advantages because as discusses above girls gravitate to gay guys. |

nah this bloke is 100% gay, out and proud. but what i cant figure out is why---what exactly do they need to feel safe from---why go out wearing half nothing if not to be attractive to men,do they intend never having sex again, when he tells them about his exploits with men does it not make them frustrated that they are living like prudes while he is scoring right left and centre--Which I hear he is and have no reason to doubt it ,what are they trying to do win a vestal virgin contest |

The whole feeling safe issue varies dramatically, it could be in a bar initially they are worried about being spiked or even when they are getting changed for the night out they can ask his opinion and get changed around him because they know he isn’t getting sexual gratification.Well, they wear scantily clad clothing for the exact reason of getting "Validation" from straight men, now this validation is the guy checking them out as they walk into the bar, or looking them up and down or w/e it doesn’t mean they need to hang around the straight guy to get validation. Quote: do they intend never having sex again,
Men in general give women safety, like they are less worried about being spiked or w/e when out with a male friend and this is even more so when the friend is gay because they don’t have to worry about him getting the wrong idea, sexual gratification or just plan trying something on. They still need a straight man at the end of the day for sex that is one thing a Gay Guy, cannot give them, depending on the girls in question, they may not have all actually ended up getting in a taxi or going home together, I suspect some went home with straight men.

i used to work with to non-lesbian women who were as ugly as sin and personalitys to match who were going out in a gay bar every weekend---a gay friend of mine told me that no one even bothered to talk to them and they used to just sit in a corner on their own---they used to claim they felt safe there. my friend reconed that they went to gay bars because they would have that excuse why no guys were interested in them whereas if they went to straight clubs it would be more embarrasing to admit that no guy was interested |
