I am scraping a bunch of stuff together to hold some weekly workshops dedicated to practicing game presentation (delivery, body language, kino, ect.) What are some good excersises that I could use to help everybody else. So far I am thinking of just doing a bunch of stuff like "whose line is it anyways" with the intention of pick up included to help get everybody used to their own bodies and voice. Any other ideas? |

^ The above poster is suggesting inner game stuff, but your workshop isn't focusing on that so feel free to ignore him. Situational stuff; Shit tests from girls, aggressive AMOG's. Flirting excersise, seeing how entertaining you can make a mundane conversation. Really the best thing to do is get them in feild, and force them to approach groups with males etc. Try and force interesting situations in field. |

Infield is no problem, we do that every weekend. I should have clarified though, I am doing this with my Lair in mind, im just a beginner at the lair and there isnt much of a group effort going on right now. With all respect to the Lair leaders, not much goes on, ie we only have about 3-4 meetings a year. But it makes since, all the higher ups have careers to worry about. So, I figured all of us newbs could benefit from having a day a week we could meet up, discuss our field reports in person, then practice pick up in front of eachother. Have a sounding board for routines as well having critics for body language and so on. Since we were starting off with the meetings, I figured some fun excersizes would help out. Such as a hot word: Two people, one is the target, one is the approacher, on the way to the target, the audience yells out a word (racoon, tennis raquet, etc) to get the person thinking on their feet. Im set on these little games, i was wondering if anyone knew any vocal or body language games out there? |
