Day in and day out I still hear people saying that you have to be at least somewhat good looking to score the "super hotties." If your one of those people, hopefully this story will change your mind. A couple of nights ago I was invited to this huge party set up by a few local club permoters. It was open to pretty much everyone 21 and older. Not more than five minutes after I arrived at the party I seen this dude out of the corner of my eye. This guy had two chicks, one on each arm, both extremly hot, and then a slighty less hot girl in front of him, smiling and laughing. All three of the ladies was obvisouly having a very good time. That, however, is not all that surprising. What did shock me, for a second, was the guy. He had a psysical deformation of the face. his ead was large, lumpy, and uneven. There was no symmetry to his face at all. His right hand only contained three fingers, one of which was also deformed. he stood a few inches short of the avergae male height. What this guy did have was charisma... and a shit ton of it! As well as being charasmatic, he was fun as fuck and always self amusing himself. I watched him for a few minutes and seen he was also good at escelation. Later on I got to talking to him and found out he studied Pick Up. He was once desperate and lonely until he stumbled onto a popular PUA forum. That was a bit over three years ago. He went from a deformed guy with severar shyness, more than a few phobias, and a slew of other obsticles. Threw hard work and perserverance he over came the many barriers in his life. This amazing person has has more than a couple girl friends and pulls super hott chicks from clubs and parties regulary. he doesn't let his deformation bother him and so it does not bother other people. With no offence to him, he is far from anything most women would ever consider handsom or sexy but at the same time, he gets more pussy than most classicaly handsom guys will ever get. Actually a reasonably cute female midget would get a TON of attention from guys if she was fun and had an outgoing personality.Anyway, good for Sean. Looks do not matter as much as telegraphing confidence and strength. I was thinking about a kid I talked to the other day who has pizza pie face acne. He's super self-conscious about it and i just told him this - I got laid a LOT when I was a teenager and I had acne just as bad as him, if not worse. |

So thrue. I was very serious with this girl recently. But she didged me for this ugly natural guy. Eventually he just slept with her and dumped her again. Point is that she was complimenting me about my looks all the time, but at the end none of that mathered. |

Me and my friend have this theory that natural looks, and being classically attractive are just natural forms of peacocking. Nothing more. Girls will initially be intrigued by the looks, and you can rely on them as far as first impressions go. But it is a quality that is empty, and one dimensional; like wearing a badass vest, or a hat, or necklaces. They aid in pickup, but they do ultimately NOT matter at all. |

That is a great way to explain it! It's like, you wore a bright green top-hat into a club, and some girl comes up and goes "hey, nice hat!" and you mumble something back... and she is now not only dis-interested, but maybe even a little wierded out at the disparity between what she saw, and how you behaved... WOW, in FACT that probably explains just why girls get so damn wierded out when I do actually screw up, all my life... things go well and then if I do one insecure thing - woah I'm suddenly scarey as a stalker. Judging from girls who've confessed their first impression to me, the think I'm mysterious, and exotic, and I could get any girl I want. So I guess they expect a lot, so when I slip up and do something AFC, it's like - what the hell... |

cool story bro in all seriousness, this story didn't surprise me at all, but it's still very inspiring to me. Being about average looking, below average height, and just having gotten rid of my terrible acne, I always had problems with my self-esteem. After getting into the PUA community, I've been scoring at least every week, which just goes to show that looks are NOT everything. Someone mentioned that looks are just natural peacocking - a woman may at first glace be interested in a good-looking guy, but when she realizes that there is nothing more to him, she will move on. |

First of all, everything matters . . . including looks. To say that the "look factor" doesn't mean anything at all is simply ignorant. It's important however to distinguish the differences between the sexes. . . I've mentioned this before: While men have a tendency to lift a woman's physical attractiveness on top of all her other traits, women have a tendency to do the opposite. Read this forum. This is the reason why so many guys go crazy over girls who they admit are, "negative, crazy, obnoxious, stuck-up, etc . . ." And this is the reason why a decent game goes a long way . . . |
