First and foremost, I am no PUA. Actually, I'm still pretty damn inexperienced. But somehow over this month I went from being the slightly needy shy guy with shit inner game to the point where I'm at now. Lately I feel invincible and genuinely fearless when it comes to approaching women and I think I've finally pinpointed how that process worked itself out. I went from being the funny beta male to the strong alpha who I've always wanted to be. I call this process my "Trial by Fire" and while I am far from finished and still have a long way to go, I feel 100 percent secure with myself and am wholly confident that I am closer than ever. This technique doesn't have any fancy gimmicks, I don't use lines or canned material and I don't have any sort of quick fix. This isn't a strategy that you're going to be able to read about at home and hope or pray that somehow you'll develop what you need. In order for this advice to work you need to dedicate yourself 100 percent to actually getting off your ass and going out. You'll make some stupid AFC mistakes but you will learn from every single one of them. Beginning the Process The first step of developing inner game is finding out who you actually are and adding that realization to an understanding of what you have to offer. So in this regard, I want you to make three lists. First: make a list of what makes you good. This could include your sense of humor, your kindness, your chivalry, whatever personality traits that you could add to a relationship of some kind (this is arguably the most important step towards finding your worth). Second: make a list of what makes you a chode. Now, I'm not talking only along the lines of being bad with women, I'm talking about what makes you genuinely less than what you could be in all aspects of your life. Be brutally honest with yourself about your shortcomings as that's the only way to progressively change them. Finally: make a list of everything that makes you an interesting person (if you don't have many interests then develop them). This list should include your passions in life, things you genuinely enjoy and what makes you unique. THIS is what you're going to use to pick up women. Using the lists The first list is what you're going to use to build confidence, link these traits to your favorite song; whatever you listen to to get in "state". For me, I've linked my positive attributes to "Add It Up" by the Violent Femmes. The linking of your positive traits is an important process, and once you begin, entering state becomes surprisingly easy. Every time you listen to this song I want you to think of your list, run it over and over again. Listen until it's ingrained into your subconscious and finally you won't even need the process. You'll transition from thinking you're a good guy to KNOWING you're a good guy on a base level. You'll understand that any woman would be lucky to date you; and more importantly; you'll begin to believe it. That's all inner game is. Plus it makes your favorite song even better which is always a plus The second list is what you're going to use for self improvement. I hope you really went for it on this one; holding back gets you nowhere. Spend some time analyzing this list but be prepared to challenge your assumptions about yourself. Learn to distinguish the difference between personality traits and limiting beliefs. Nobody is perfect, and none of us ever will be; but you can take active steps towards getting as close as possible. One important thing about this list is not to dwell, this is stuff you're probably going to be working on for quite some time and none of it is going to fix itself over night. Every single person on this earth has weaknesses and there's not a damn thing you can do about it, but yours aren't special. You're not any better or worse than anyone else, nobody is. This list just forces you to acknowledge what you need to work on. Never let it hold you back, and ignore these faults until after the interaction is finished. Keep these out of the field, and when you see your old ways returning you'll be able to identify it and push it out. But most importantly, analyze your weaknesses when perfecting your game. When you're approaching the only things that should be running through your mind is what you learned from the first list and what I'm getting to in the third. This list is my response to canned material. All of us are interesting, you wouldn't be trolling an online forum about sociological problems relating to the study of women if you weren't at least slightly more kickass than usual Improve Your Avatar If you haven't done this already the do it now, go buy new clothes but make sure they suit your personality. I'm not going to get too in-depth in this because honestly there's a whole section on dress and fashion, and I don't know very much about it to be honest. Groom yourself well and be well presented at all times, that's all it really comes down to. Get Out of The Goddamn House Seriously, you should be doing this already but get up off your ass and go. Use the techniques and develop the rest from there. This is 100 percent the most important part of the "Trial By Fire" actually putting yourself out there. There's nothing to be afraid of. Build your confidence and use what I've given you and you'll do fine. It'll be awkward and uncomfortable at first but eventually it all just becomes fun, and that's how it should be right? Take this moment to commit to taking charge, force yourself to be uncomfortable but force yourself to being the leader not the follower. Lead your own life and the women will follow. So stop reading the forums and go for it, it's always been in your hands: Life if your oyster, it's time to crack open that turgid shell and feast! |

Nihro, this is some good shit... this has alot to do with frame control, and the "song to state" idea is genius. I just have one question. the second list is about all your faults right, then is there like a way to initiate the anti fault system. because i'm one of those people that tries to always be stimulated, so i need help here I wouldn't call my self a reactor but i do react much unless i'm in state, so is there any way that i can get into an anti boredom state or something, becuz getting bored is a big problem for me btw i play guiar, have facebook, and go outside other then that thats all i do, and go out to hangout with friends like twice a week so i don't get out much, but i do sarge, i would appreciate a great response |

Well we are not trying to change everything about ourselves. We are trying to learn to like what is there. And to remove the things that are holding us back... At least I am. So you say that you went from shitty inner game to invincible in one month. That seems extremely fast. Either you are great or you have no idea. Anyways I would love to see where you are in one more month and what you would think of your state that you are at now when you have advanced further. In my experience we find that we are invincible at least once every 3 months because we had some kind of realization that brings us up to the next level. There is always a higher level. You cannot max it out... Ezo |

I also have a problem with getting into the boredom state from time to time. I've found that the best fix for this is working on your mentality before the approach. What I do is I run over the lyrics to the song in my head as I'm approaching, basically if you get used to this you can use the momentum from the beginning of your state to slingshot your energy for the rest of the discussion. Pick a section of the song which reaches a peak, basically whatever you feel the biggest surge out of and use that feeling to approach the encounter with a clearer head.this has alot to do with frame control, and the "song to state" idea is genius. I just have one question. the second list is about all your faults right, then is there like a way to initiate the anti fault system. because i'm one of those people that tries to always be stimulated, so i need help here I wouldn't call my self a reactor but i do react much unless i'm in state, so is there any way that i can get into an anti boredom state or something, becuz getting bored is a big problem for me btw i play guiar, have facebook, and go outside other then that thats all i do, and go out to hangout with friends like twice a week so i don't get out much, but i do sarge, i would appreciate a great response As far as the anti-fault system, the purpose of the second list was not to focus or even think about your faults when you're in the field. Rather, it allows you to recognize the precursors to a negative reaction so you can use the first and third lists to push those ideas out of your head when you're in the field. However, I am also one of those people who needs constant stimulation. I made that list so when I'm analyzing my encounters during the week I can somewhat impartially go over and critique my approach. Eventually as you progress in this (and I am still not perfect in this by the way) your faults and limiting beliefs will work themselves out. One thing I can say about speeding that result up is upping the rate at which you put yourself into social encounters. One of the reasons I've found myself progressing so fast is because I'm in class 4 days out of the week and I spend that time working on my studies and approaches at the same time. This is compounded with the fact that I've been forcing my friends and I to go out maybe twice during the weekend, so overall I spend maybe 6/7 days making myself more social. If you don't put in the time you're not gonna see the results, just like any other pursuit you may have. I wouldn't worry about it too much at your age though, nobody is going to have 100 percent anything at 15; that's the whole point of growing up. You'll get there I promise Quote: Well we are not trying to change everything about ourselves. We are trying to learn to like what is there. And to remove the things that are holding us back... At least I am.
I was more talking about the people who were trying to change their personal character versus working towards refining what is already there. Some people just seem too absorbed with what made the bitter towards women and they internalize that instead of working towards a change in perception. Ezo As for my inner game and standing, I still have a long way to go and I didn't make this list showing a declaration of a perfect state. Rather, I have used these changes in perception to influence my actions. I was never bad at talking to women as friends and I was never bad at making friends but for some reason I'd developed a mental block towards progressing the encounter when I had become interested. This process is just about recognizing your strengths and weaknesses so when you're in field you can recognize those blocks and use the first list to ignore them. It starts as a challenge and gradually becomes more instantaneous. I just wanted to share what had gotten me to the point of finally feeling confident to make approaches and starting to see consistent results. I feel like I'm in perfect state but that doesn't mean I am; however, the results from said feeling are no less profound. Guess this is all just about finding your center so you can begin to make real changes from said balance. It's getting used to that balance that I'm still working on, so I guess I'm in a bit of a honeymoon right now, still though I've used that honeymoon to pick up 12 numbers and 7 day 2s/3s within two weeks or so . |
