It's that time of year, filled with resolutions, reflection and self promises... + plenty of beer, friends and family too. I wrote a short article on how to make 2010 the best year ever. Here: http://www.davidvanderfluitcoaching.com/blog/ ____________________ You'll never guess what I'm going to do in 2010... I'm going out for an entire year - straight. The rules are simple; 5 sets a day, no exceptions. At least 2 per week are night-club game, the rest can be either day or night.
