Post subject:  Are you a "Special Snowflake"?

I hear alot of talk in the community about not thinking that your special, your different, your the exception to the rule... that your not a "Special Snowflake".

Well I will tell you now, if you desire to be between poor and good then listen to this advice and LEAVE THIS THREAD NOW! If you desire to be great then read on.

The feeling that your special can be broken down into 3 categories.

First you have the bottom 20-30%. This folks think that they are special... they think that the rules dont apply and they make foolish decisions based off of these thoughts... this is the category that the advise "you are not a special snowflake" is trying to keep you out of. These folks are the ones who use alot of reverse rationalizations to make themselves feel good about decisions that they know inside are foolish.

Second you have the middle ground... the 60-70% who know they arent a "Special Snowflake". These are the masses, the sea of gray, the sheep, the average. These people know they will never be truly great or truly poor in life.

Then you have the top 3-10%... These folks know not think, but know that they are special... and because of that they are. These people know that the rules dont apply to them and they make both well thought out logical decisions and strongly intuitive emotional decisions outside of the normal set of rules based off this knowledge. These are the best of the best, the high achievers, the elite.

I'm sure you can draw your own parallels here and I'm sure you can infer some of the deeper meanings here as well without me writting them... if not choose the second option... if so you are left with a choice...

Safety... or Greatness?

I love a chapter of a book I read. There are 6.5 billion people on the planet, if the entire length of the time earth had been around was put into 24 hours humans would have come along at 23:58. Factor into this the length of time and the different generations of people etc and your life is worthless. :)
