Even if you do this for a week you will see results beyond your wildest dreams.
A just over week ago I decided from now on I will default to action.

By this I mean any time I think this is scary, outside my comfort zone or wasn't sure whether to act or not I did it.

And oh my lordy things have got messy fast, I have broken the law (maybe :P), got kicked out of parties, pole danced, had my first black pickup, started an orgy (a guy bailed and it fell apart). But yar things are good

so from now on when you are unsure or scared, you have to do it

You do realise that if I were to carry out this mission I would be arrested before the seven days was up.

Screw that man. All thoughts of evil/nasty (but still absolutely hilarious) thoughts pop into my head regularly.

You can still normally assess the situation and don't do stuff that can get you arrested/killed :P Would be the smart thing to do... and yea, i agree, Matt from PUAtraining always likes to say "If you can't, then you must!"

Honestly those people don't even exist. People that say they are i think of as liars.

so the mission is to simply get over the anxiety one feels when deciding if they are or are not going to do something...

I do. People talk about approaching women and AA but that is the smaller element of a bigger picture, confidence with women isn't confidence in life. If you are comfortable with yourself, challenge yourself and take risks then I think it leads to a better sort of confidence than the diluted confidence most guys get.
