guys, iv got a first date witht his girl tonight. iv not had a date for a while jus met people when out, or met people out not really one on one. i know il be alrite but im gettin nervous and needed to get it off my chest. i know my frame, i know wot stage where workin on, im gettin her to cook for me, i made a cheesecake we got a wii so will play her at bowlin an stuff get her to throw some dodgy punches got a lizard to show her know to keep it light an stuff got a nice lead to a good convo. know to keep off ex's and relationships so why am i nervous? fuck. flying high or crash and burn will post a field report. still got the cube up my sleeve. |

live with it if you can't beat it. nervousness will blow away after a few dates with different girls. You must to have a good brains to persuade yourself to don't be nervous. With the first, i MEAN FIRST! girl i was very nervous, with the second too, but with all the other girls i'm myself(yes, i'm in control and i gained needed abilities so i do not need to think what to say or what to do on each step). Patience and your panic will be gone |

Nervousness comes from future expectations. You're already thinking about what you want to happen and afraid it wont. If you thought she was just going to show up and give you the finger then walk away would you still be nervous? Expect nothing and if something does happen great, if not then it's not a loss because you will learn something from the night. |

she bailed, told me she got burnt on a sunbed, and her friend had her phone. i told her it was bad karma, and the meal i had was nice, my boys came round and ate the cake got stoned and we all drank the wine. |

U ARE NERVOUS BECAUSE YOU HAVNT HAD A DATE FOR A WHILE. ALSO YOU EXPECT TOO MUCH. AND U HAVNT CALIBARATE THE DATING SKILLS. RELAX MAN, JUST LOOK AT IT AS YOU GUYS ARE HANGIN OUT, DONT TREAT IT AS A DATE. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS FUCKING GET SOME MORE DATESSSSSSS JUST TO PRACTICE.,, AND JUST WATCH ,,, AFTERWARDS, YOU WIL KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO ON A DATE. I am not going to lie to you...I am jealous that you are nervous. I love that feeling. All the adrenaline pumping, its exciting. I dont feel it anymore. I feel kinda bad about it because I feel empty when im with a girl my heart is calm, im chill. I wish there was some physiological rush, but there isnt anymore. I think it is a good thing that you are nervous, Its more fun that way and it lets you know you are alive. Savor it, after a while you will no longer experience it. |
