My bad...I am sure this topic has been touched on before.

What age is too young for pickup?

What does everyone think of the responsibility of older PUAs...or in America, I guess, those who are 18 an up, in properly teaching youngsters about pickup....

Reminds me of a high school or middle school coach teaching more than just bball, but life as well...and in today's online world....how much responsibility should fall on...well....all of us?

Just thinking about a 12 yr old boy, who obviously has not developed strong inner game, learning NLP is ....well....a little awkward to me. But maybe that's just the way I was brought up. Does the "give dynamite to a kid" theory apply here?

State at what age you got into pickup and how old you are now. What mistakes, if any, did you learn or "obtain" via a result of learning pickup material/concept/theory at such a young age...or late age for that matter?

....I mean shit....can you imagine....little tiny Mystery, Style, Chief, etc... GI Joe toys?! haha...j/k. Directions: Press here to make em say..."Can I get your opinion on something???"....hehe.

i got into it when i was 17 (and sitll am currently) and i've noticed that my age doesnt matter once i get outa the highschool scene since i can be suave and smooth out of that highschool mindset. however it does limit your day to day sarging abilities since what works at highschool is not even CLOSE to what works when im at a club or parties. apples to oranges ya know?

Girls that are younger than 12 are reading all sorts of "secrets" about men and relationships in seventeen magazine. Girls are socially calibrating to an extent much beyond boys at an early age as well. So in that context, I don't think its unfair or morally unsound.

All the so called "girlfriends" I had in junior high i had no idea what to do with. I could only dream about what was possible, and some kind of support would have been great. By the time i was in highschool I was fucked for experience.

If only I was aware of all the information that could have made my school experience so much more rewarding. I didnt have the notion to socially transcend until I was a frustrated 20 year old.

If anything I am concerned that they could exploit rather than utilize the resources before they had the time to develop their OWN identity.

i think you can learn all the techniques and have little success, but once you build your inner game, and apply the techniques you will have all the success in the world.

I think its pretty unhealthy to start getting into this stuff at an early age (like 12-16 or so).

I think this because this "community" in general can make you think too much and not actually enjoy going out and socializing because all you can think about is "number closing" or "k-closing" or acting "alpha", in turn helping you not to make enough friends and over-analyse situations (especially about girls).

I dont think that it should be introduced to younger kids.
This is due to the fact that kids necessarily dont need to know about situations and things where this can apply. If anything, confidence should be taught. They dont need to ask opinions and time restraints at a high school party, where they're going to be there the whole night anyways.

Also, it is much easier to hone your game when you are of legal drinking age. There really is not much game you can pull at parties, as confidence is really all it takes to get attention there. But clubs and bars are different because there are more people of different ages. youre always competing against the other guy.

If there had to be an age recommendation, i would say that the legal drinking age in the country would be an appropriate one.

learning game at 12-16 is silly since it doesn't take any game to get girls at that age. Besides young girls tend to take negs very badly since they're developing and growing aswell.

at 17-20 you're hunting with dynamite. Girls will not believe their eyes since they've never run into a guy like you before. Even then the game shouldn't be run on full throttle like you would on older women, since things can still be taken as a bad sign. I.e. negs/freeze outs

i think that if ur below 16-18 (wow im a hypocrite lol since im 17, but then again i use the game at clubs and parties so w.e.) you should simply practice having confidence in yourself and improving your social circle, women will simply become a part that just happens at that age. once ur older then u can apply the game, but really i gotta agree some people do take the k-lose #-close to far, just get the girl who cares what you do just get her, be confident in yourself and your inner game and be unique and not use recycled material. thats my opinion :P
