Judging from what you've said, she sounds like the kind of person I know of.
Get her near your bed and just push or throw her onto it - in a way that's obviously violently passionate, not actually violent (so wear a cheeky grin -whatever comes naturally). Then move straight on from that and pin her wrists to the bed with your hands. Never break eye contact - you want to see if she's thrilled or not, plus I think it's more erotic that way anyway. Keep going down that path, but KEEP watching or frequently checking her eyes. You will be able to tell if she's thrilled, or uncomfortable. If she's thrilled they will probably be wide and she will start making fake "helpless" noises. If she's uncomfortable you'll know, cause you'll feel akward the more you go on. Her eyes and facial expressions will basically be your source of energy for this.
The girl I'm using as a mental reference for this, always liked it to hurt a bit, so she could really feel it. She would want a guy to finger her with no less than 3 fingers inside her, that kind of thing. And she would want nice, forcefull thrusting, so she could kind of yelp and make herself feel sort of helpless. She also liked being pushed up against the wall with her legs wrapped around you, up against the wall being taken from behind, that sort of thing. Of course you have to vary the pace, like anything it can't all be climax, but generally the tone is a lot rougher than other girls.
This is a girl whom, in the bed, it's much more important to have rock solid confidence than to wonder if she's enjoying it a particular thing. If she isn't, she's got the guts to let you know, and you can just switch to something else, un-phased.
But I think, due to the very nature of the situation, you kind of have to start out without losing momentum, even if you're not sure if she's enjoying it, and the reality will start to emerge soon enough. If you start out and then falter at ANY point, the mood will be shattered into a million pieces, and she won't "buy" anything you do from that point on.
