Buying temperature... At the same time the most important and the most ignored part of pickup. Why? Because it can not be learned from a book... Because it is difficult to define... Because it is somewhere between inner and outer game... Because it takes time to learn... Should we bother? Yes we should, without knowing how to pump buying temperature you are gonna find yourself in this situation "But I flipped all the switches and still no IOIs!". So what is buying temperature? Is it the ability to make her laugh? Thats part of it. Is it the ability to arouse her? No thats seduction (S phase). Is it how well you entertain her? Close but still dead wrong. Buying temperature is the vibe! It is the vibe of the group (set plus you), especially between the target and you. Is she in a good mood? Is she thinking "Oh I hope he is the one" or "Oh I hope that he is not the one, I dont feel like it today"? So if you can control her mood then you have learned much. Most people can affect her mood by making her asssociate to good feelings and avoid bad ones. An example, a DHV story should avoid subjects that are, sick, gross, sad, weird, scary etc. They should be about things that associates to the classical DHV spikes, humor, strangely enough embarassment (girl humor). So the ones who care enough will now ask themselves which topics they could use to show these things. The ones who care even more will go beyond this realisation and realize that maybe it is not about the story itself, not the things that you are happening in your story but rather the feelings you are conveying. The feelings that you are conveying... If you can stress how you were feeling at the time rather than what you did, you are advanced my friend. Like these two sentences about the same thing. "A guy was following my GF and I scared him off" "I saw my beloved GF innocent and vunerable making her way to my home to brighten my day and suddenly I see this creepy guy following her and I am overcome with fear, anger and I just rush over to be with her so that she would feel that she wasnt alone." Which one do you think would engage a girl emotionally? Ok, so we agree that we can affect a girl emotionally, now why? If the vibe is good, people will be more inclined to stay in the group, they want to have fun. They want to keep the flame burning, nobody wants to be the one that kills the vibe. If the vibe is good everyone wants to either contribute to it or to support it. It also has other uses. The better the vibe the higher the buying temperature. Has anyone ever been caught up in the moment and done something "rash" or "more than you would have normally done or said"? This is what happens with a high buying temperature. It works like a truth serum (which lowers inhibitions and makes you more talkative). Everything is "more" than usual and this makes it easier to pick up on small signals. You can easier calibrate your game. So buying temperature is critical to your performance, you can not do without it. The only way to get it right is to practice practice practice! Good post. Yeah...BT is so important. I think when people say 'i'm getting the girl hot' or a girl says 'I'm so hot for you right now', that's BT hit right on the head. Girls are led by their pussy...if you can ramp up BT then any form of resistence is going down the drain. If you can get them wet they'll go out of their way to bed you. It's also kind of annoying too...I have a couple of girls in mind. Like you might have picked them up a week ago and they were gagging for sex, then you go meet up with them again. This time you have to get BT up all over again before you can bed her. Effort. It's a short-term thing, which in my opinion explains and accounts for a lot of girls cheating on their chode boyfriends. All it takes is a skilled seducer to pump your girl's BT and he's in. |

Well, ok BT is not the only thing you need. It does help and it is important but you still need to get the attraction switches flipped. You also need valuedemonstration or she will get buyers remorse or even worse, you pump BT and she will open up to someone else. Ezo |
