Not to go into details

One of my acquantices (if that's how you spell it) happens to get "twitching" in certain moments

Her hands start shaking fast and so does her neck

i have noticed that it mostly happens when she either goes through stress or in a closed space for too long

i maybe wrong, but so far so true

So, I'll do a lil research myself on the topic

but if any of you have dealt with this before

post, I will really appreciate it

Sounds like she's about to have a nervous breakdown, what usally trigger these kind of things can be from stress related stuff to anger bottled deep inside her/him, so the best thing to do Id say is get some off time, go somewhere calm, the beach is a great place for this, just take her somewhere time does not matter and everything which has botherd her can be put aside and she can be completly safe and relaxed.

Im really scared about her having a mental breakdown
but I have found out a way to avoid it

She only gets it when:
- Stress
- Angry
- Uncomfortable
- Enclosed space for too long

She NEVER gets it
- Smiling
- Comfortbale
- During sex
- Having a good time

so my goal is to do all the positive things as much as possible

Bottled up anger and stress are main factors but as I recomended befor, try taking sometime off, as for some of us when we get angry and start shaking its because we dont let the anger out and that makes us shake, so next time she gets angry, try to make her express her anger get a bat, make her completly destroy something so she gets vizualsation of her anger that way she will be calmer, ofcourse the symptoms will be there, try talking to her, if that does'nt work take her to an professional so she can talk to someone in complete confidence, people trust their shrink more then they trust their other halves.

Hey Romeo, how goes it?

It sounds like your friend is certainly on the verge of "Something" but i dont think its all that, if she just suddenly started doing it then she sure can suddenly stop bro.

maybe a touch of Claustrophobia but something sure did trigger it, it could be something as simple as being dumped by a dude or losing a loved one, its a confidence thing. One thing is for sure, if she sees that you/her friends are worried, this will worry her more..

Rather than approaching the problem and trying to discover the cause you should convince her that its not even an issue, a passing faze and will stop, its not physiological its just Psychological, and very minor. you get me.

A good friend of mine is a magician on TV, Derren Brown, and he developed a similar thing in which his head nods involuntarily. This all started because in his early days of hypnosis and NLP he wanted to instill a compliance in his subject and would not so to effect thier subconscious.

Sorry for such a long post bro.

Hey man, thank you very much
Long post? lol, no worries, as far as help can be given everything is taken, plus I've written longer when it comes to pick-up

But, it's actually physiological, she explained everything to me one day, something inside her brain, however, I do what you suggested me to do, in a way, I dont talk about it, no big deal, whenever she gets one of those, quickly i do something else, like make her laugh or do something to relax and chill

But thanks for your opinion guys
