there's a site that allows you to create certificate templates. google it up under certificate templates. i think it's called inkdyed.com or some shit. Anyways, if you have adobe professional or something click on Print then click on Adobe PDF and it will be converted. If you want more editing to it then open up photoshop and just do some editing to it.
