Sup guys, I was wondering what you all think of the M3 model. I love it but had to make a shorter version in my head for myself cause it was all too much to keep in my brain. I think that if you could do it all step by step you would have some badass game but it takes alot of practice to do the whole thing. Im working on getting A1-C2 down before I work on the complete thing. As I read the MM books I noticed that I do alot of this stuff already. I just have to learn to not jump from attraction to seduction. I get caught up in the moment. Sorry, anyway what do you think of M3? Is it over rated? Too hard for some people to learn? |

One of my big problems with the M3 model is that it drills into peoples' brains the idea that it is a set-in-stone structure that can not be altered. People who are newish to game and come across the model (as most do) become way too focused on following the structure of the model to a T. When they're in-field they think too much about "ok, I've opened so now I have to pull some transition material out of the bag and get into the DHV stories" or "now that I've received 3 IOIs I can start asking qualifying questions". The M3 model is just a model, it doesn't have to be followed so exactly in order to work. Mystery was very fond of calling everything "the ... theory" or "the ... rule" but they're really just guidelines. The best thing to do is know the model and realise that in order to be succesful in seducing a girl she needs to be comfortable with you. In order to avoid things becoming too friendlike, she needs to be attracted to you from early on. Then learn the different techniques involved (opening, qualifying etc) and then start practicing based on a very basic knowledge of the structure. You will fuck up plenty of sets in the beginning, everyone does but it's the people who don't lose heart that eventually start to internalise things so much they don't even have to think about this stuff anymore. Remember too that your inner game and 'passive game' (body language, voice tonality etc) are still by far the most important things. Hope this helps anyway |

Right been waiting for a thread like this. Pro's n Con's time. Pro's. It's a really good attempt at a linear break down of indirect game. Clear and easy to follow structure. Doesn't require much bravery. Very Pragmatic, it's all practical no heavily esoteric concepts to worry about. Con's Doesn't teach much about sexual state or relationships. Has limiting paradigms regarding Direct game etc. Easy to abuse ethically. Can result in poor congruency between inner and outer game. It is VERY linear for human interactions. This is inherantly innaccurate. Separates attraction and comfort into two separate categories, although we know these two factors are normally built simultaneously. Has attraction before comfort... ...It is impossible to game a girl who has zero comfort with you. Although it is linear it has no clear written plan involving kino escalation, and closing. I think thats it..... |

I disagree with Mystery's definition of attraction, so I don't even agree with the method's foundation in terms of efficacy. However, MM teaches you a bunch of little tricks that makes the game fun and stylistic. |

Same here. The idea of a pickup timeline doesn't even make sense to me, the way I game now. And I am opposed to A2. I don't just mean I don't use it, I mean I am opposed to it. A2 is just WRONG in a bunch of different ways, one of which is that it isn't necessary, another being that thinking you need it puts you in TOTALLY the wrong frame of mind... yeah, I'd better stop there.

Wow. I didn't plan on this much passion on this topic. A2 is my favorite part of the whole M3 model. Im a power slut and in A2 I get that high like im bungie jumping. I see what you are saying though some people think of the M3 model to be... Evil. Some peoplelook at it as not looking at a conversation as a conversation but as a chance to control. |

It's a great way to trick a girl into thinking you have a good frame. That you are a better guy than you truly are. Best quick fix / band-aid on the market. |

Honestly . . . I don't know enough about this m3 thing to comment on it. Can anybody enlighten us further or does this go against some copyright laws? I'm all for learning new material and improving myself in all facets of my life but in terms of PICK UP . . . I wonder, "How much more do you guys really want?" If you really wanted to, in one weekend, you could go out and get 20 numbers. What the hell will you do with all those numbers? So then let's say you have a girlfriend or you have 3 f buddies if that's your thing. Then will you go out on another weekend to get 20 more numbers? Isn't that enough? Do you want to increase those numbers to 30 numbers? The guys that make money out of this thing . . . it's understandable that they'd try to present what they think of as the most "effective" or "efficient" or "best" method out there. But for the average guy, just smiling, paying attention to what's being said, and just a tiny bit of creativity, you'd score more than you wish you could. Judging by the posts I've seen lately, I think too many of the younger guys are getting way too caught up with "formulas". |

Hey bro, there is a outline of the Mystery Method here in the General forum. my favorite part of the MM Hoe to get Beautiful Wemon into Bed book is chapters 2 The Ultimate Purpose in Life and 3 Rewiring Her Attraction Circuitry. They changed my view on how wemon think on a biological level. |

Dude the M3 owns the 5 series--hands down. The M3 is lighter, and has more grip on the tracks. Yeah yeah the numbers for the 5 series makes it faster but the M3 is pure power and will own the 5 series by a fraction of a second in the end. |

He over complicated it. A1-3 = be playful and fun. Teasing, flirty etc etc c1-3 = Get a connection, get to know eachother. Deeper conversations s1-3 = Get alone and f-close Thats as structured as interaction can realistically get in my opinion. There are to many vairations in life for you to be able to go A1-A2-A3 etc etc in that order over however many hours every time. Its not flexible. Life is random, therefore, cannot be predicted. |
