This is going to be a fun thread man! Thanks for posting this. I have a few "pre-game" warm ups that I like to do.Do you do anything for luck etc before you go out on the field? Heres what I do. I like to bang out Totos "Rosanna" on the auld stereo Post below what you do for luck or any rituals you may have +Stretch a bit to get the blood pumping. +Listen to rock/rap music in the shower and while cleaning up. +Always put on clean clothes! +Drink a RedBull; a must. +My rings are always the last thing I put on before I leave the house. +Sing to the music in the car, sometimes make up my own words. This gets me talkative and having fun! When people look at me at a stop light I'm singing to them, I just don't care! No one will ruin my good mood. +Keep telling myself how much fun I'm going to have out there. Repitition is the key to learning... +Last thing I do, I mentally center myself in the car before I get out. I close my eyes and concentrate on slowing my deep breathing. This is a David D. exercise I've been doing. It helps clear your head from any clutter. I didn't realize how many I had, but oh well that's my routine. |

I usually just straighten my hair, its a little thing but I only do it when I am going out sarging so it has become something of a routine. Also party like a rockstar has become a running joke with my bro before we go out. |

I use to always watch Mystery's Montage before making my own from pictures of women. Now I just listen to the songs from the clip.<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/_1loAxTH_Jw&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/_1loAxTH_Jw&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object> |

I wear my grandpa's ring that he made out of a shell casing in 1945 while he was serving in the navy. |

I just like to play upbeat music of some kind. Anything from Nothin's Gonna Stand In Our Way by Spectre General or Gimmie Some Lovin' by the Spencer Davis Group to Rockstar by Nickleback. If you know where the first song comes from you're as big a geek as I am. |
