Post subject:  PEACOCKING, AMOGING, AND EVERYDAY TOOLS: ALL IN ONE!
First of all... HAPPY NEW YEAR!


Okay.


A couple of months ago I was in a pretty bad neighborhood, urinating in a public bathroom. When I got to washing my hands, this other guy quickly enters and grabs some paper towels. Before leaving he stops and says "cute sweatshirt". Then he exits.

I'm like "WHAT THE HELL?" I didn't know if he was being intimidating or if he was really gay (he had a feminine voice). Regardless, the ordeal really affected me and got me thinking about my security. That's when I started carrying a Swiss Army knife around.

Don't take me wrong. I would never have the balls to actually use a knife against someone. It just dangles near my belt so people can see it before saying something stupid.

Well after a while I had this thing on my waist everywhere I went and people started noticing. During sarges girls would both be interested and freaked out. It's great for opening as well as DHV as long as you don't make up some bullshit story up about killing people. An example of a good usage is taking one of it's less dangerous functions such as corkscrew and telling a story about how you really needed to uncork a bottle once but there wasn't one around. You looked like an idiot so ever since you carry one around with you just in case.

The peacocking was bound to be successful. What I didn't expect was how powerful the same tool could be used to out-alpha. Every word I say takes on a new meaning to guys simply by having a pocket knife dangling at my belt. (The thing can barely cut cheese but they don't know that.)

I highly recommend it but REMEMBER: Never actually flip this thing out on someone. I would feel really guilty about providing this info.

Yeah I've been doing this for a while. I carry a bottle opener, keys, knife, suspension spring-like keychain decoration etc on it and anything I can put on it really. It's great as it's practical as hell plus it works great for peacocking.

Would really be useful if you could expand on what you mean in your using it as AMOG tool, I have some thoughts but you have had some experience with those in the picture so I and others can get some idea how simple things have made such changes.
Like the reactions by other people etc... sounds interesting and could be educating. 8)

Of course, women will not automatically see you as Alpha because you have a knife at your waist. The may not even notice. What they will notice though, is if all the other guys in the set are watching you and listening attentively.

The more guys you have in a set, the more chances one guy will see your prop. More men = more effective. The guys who see the knife will freak and shut up. If another guy in the group starts getting aggressive toward you, a guy who noticed the knife will tell the aggressive guy to "shut up" just in case. He may even point out the knife thereby making the aggressive guy freak as well.

Another situation where you can show yourself as alpha is the one-on-one confrontation with an alpha male who is irritated by your hitting on his girl.

Before I carried this around, guys would bump into me and I would say something like:
"Woah. Hands off the merchandise man. I don't feel that way about you, sorry."
The girl wouldn't laugh, the guy got even more pissed, and I would crash and burn.

Then came my first experiences with the knife:
AMOG gets in my face.
"Hey don't get aggressive. I wouldn't want to use this on you man."
AMOG looks at small knife and smiles, "You don't have the balls. -or- Bullshit. -or- I don't fall for this kind of shit."
Crash and burn again.

So I figured: In a one-on-one confrontation with an alpha male. If the alpha male, does not address the prop directly, make him find out about it without you actually threatening him.

So I leave you guys with a final scenario:
AMOG: Lay off my girl. (Gets in PUA's face and slightly touches him.)
PUA: Hands off the merchandise man. You're getting my stuff messy. (Inspects individual objects on his hook for a brief second. This is enough time for the the AMOG to notice the knife.)
PUA: (Adding a dark intonation to his voice and looking the AMOG straight in the eyes.:evil:) It took me a while to get these things together. Messing them up would really make me unhappy.
AMOG shits his pants and walks off.
HB is all: What the heck just happened?
DHV

Try it. This stuff does work.

if i had a swiss army knife i would just use it as a decoration/accessory because it's bright color. looks cool. too bad i can't carry it in school haha :(

i'm not really worried about getting into fights. but if you get threatened and stuff then yeah it could come in useful by making you look alpha.
