| Post subject: | How to DHV, neg, ftc, etc routines vs observed, a new hope |
This thread was inspired by another on the topic of a natural who didnt need DHV stories. Anyway here goes... You know how important it is to get the message through and how you use different routines to achieve it. The routines are there to tell something that is not evident. But you dont always need to stress the points, sometimes they are obvious and telling them over and over might seem a little strange. Talk too much about your ex-gf and you seem strange. Nowadays I find myself in sets and realize that I have already flipped all switches so why DHV. So what points do we want to show in order to build attraction? Confidence, leader of men, social proof, protector of loved ones, preselection, being the center of attention. I guess this is basically it (ok smile too) unless you count high social status, humor and cash (resources). These are the ones you normally use in DHV stories. Lets break it down. Here are the alternatives to show them: Confidence/center of attention/humor: There is really no way you can tell this in a story. Confidence is percieved in your movements and body language, center of attention is an attitude and humor, get rid of that insecurity and you will be fine. Leader of men: Either you tell people how you are the leader in your social circle... Or... You show it. Get a mixed set opened and run it, if you run a 5 set in front of the girls they will see your point. Much stronger than if you tell people that your friends are there for you. Social proof: You could mention your friends... Or... Show it. Are you out with a wing case closed. Are you alone, open up a set of guys as you enter, talk to them in a loud voice for 5 minutes and you will be fine. Keep moving from set to set and this point has been demonstrated. Protector of loved ones: Tell a lame story about wrestling an aligator... Or... Show it. It is in your attitude. Like "You a bad girl, I could never introduce you to my friends, they are easily frightened and I want to keep them out of harms way", it is a joke but proves your mentality. You think about other people, you are considerate (not to your target of course not before C1). In C1, whatever she tells you "Thats ok, I will protect you from the dangerous (insert ridiculus thing here like a cloudless sky) after all you need to stay alive long enough to buy me a drink. Preselection: Tell a story about your stripper ex-GF... Or... Wear a ring on your left hand. Talk to all girl or mixed sets before this one. Bring a pivot or female friend. It does not matter that you have a GF, that is not a IOD to her. She does not care if you are hot enough, but dont kiss and tell. If you flip the rest of the switches people will assume that you have or have had a GF. You assume that she has a BF right? The rest of the talking is used to convey your personality so focus on that. If you have done your homework you dont need to DHV too much. Anyways, if you really want to also tell it you just need to mention it in passing (one word per sentence). Mention a friend, an ex-GF, thats all the proof they need since they suspected all along...
