Post subject:  "you don't have a choice" shit test?
girl messages me wanting to hang out and saying I "don't have a choice". Is this a shit test?
as i see it I can respond by:

a) pointing out that she's become more confident since the last time I heard from her (possible neg)
b) making a "on one condition" type suggestion
c) just simply answering sure or sounds good.
d) not answering her at all.

any suggestions are appreciated

Now... Only one of those is one I'd personally use, but you should be able to mold any one of them into your style.

Depends... on the situation and how often.

Complying ALL THE TIME is going to give her the upper hand obviously, but at the same time you have to give in "occasionally".

It's called a joke dude... I'm not gonna straight up tell him exactally what he should and shouldn't say. I'm merely showing him the frame he'll want to have. By not giving him an exact answer, I'm forcing him to actually THINK on his own.

Y'all like to just give answers here, when in reality, that doesn't really help people out. It creates dependency.

My responses however, are things most people wouldn't actually say. I create an extreme response, that conveys the frame that you'd want to have in that situation. I expect people to take what I say, and mold it into their own response, therefore teaching them how they should think, and helping them to create responses to things ON THEIR OWN.

Now as for the rest being less than "semi decent".... I'm sorry but that's just bulshit. It's entirely possible to use ANY of those responses and be successful. If they fit in with your personality, and their said in a playful enough manner, ANY OF THOSE WOULD WORK. It's not what you say, so much as HOW YOU SAY IT.

That said, would I use any of them? Sure, why not? When drunk, the most common words out of my mouth drunk are "Fuck YOU", especially when someone tries telling me what to do.

I'm keepin my advice vague to please the guy above me.

You can conform to her way while getting your own way was well.
"How do you do that, mister fickle?" you ask. Think of ways to twist her words around and use them to your advantage. Maybe get out of paying or something that way you get to go on the date with little Stalin (ha, joke cuz 'you dont have a choice' is a little communist) and you get to have your way and the best part is she won't think your a pussy for doing things her way.

hell i wouldn't go just to bug the shit outta her, but that seems to be the difference between being an asshole and a alpha male.

Right, people here have a megga case of confused rules to the game.
For goodness sake stop trying to get one up on women so you can "win". There is no winning and losing, because men and women ARNT playing agaisnt eachother. You are both going for the same goal, and her comment there is a huge sign that she likes you!
If you over thought this so much, she did the right thing not giving you a choice because you will over complicate it. Just do it!

Don't neg her for that message! Negs are like a punishment...they will decrease the likelihood of a behavior occuring again. Yes she is being a little more confident and forward and seemingly taking power away from you, but she is still showing interest because she wants to hang out with you. If you neg her, or do not respond, you are punishing her for wanting to hang out with you! Not a good move.
