Post subject:  Oh dear.
Major concern. Remember that thread i made on oral sex? And advice for going down on a girl? Chino gave some great responses - and thanks man they worked i had her shaking like a dog shitting peach seeds.
NOW. The major concern. I have spots on my tongue. Can someone tell me if this is an STD? Can i even catch STDs giving oral???

Check with a doctor to be sure, it's worth the $20 co-pay to insurance for a piece of mind. Yes, you can catch STD's giving oral. There are oral herpes but those usually appear as sores around your mouth.

I checked webmd for ya and there was nothing for "spots on tongue", but there was "white patches on tongue" and that indicates Thrush.

Probably candidiasis from vaginitis. Basically, fungal infection. Treatable, tell your doctor you munched on some carpet without inspecting it for mold first. (Please record the expression on his face with a cam, thanks.)
