Post subject:  Fellow men, PUAs and AFCs.

I’ve learnt one aspect of PUA that doesn’t end up with a woman as the measurement for success. With PUA, we can achieve so much using our ability to adapt in different situations, talk to anybody and do it with confidence. A few weeks ago when I stopped for a moment to look at my life, the brutal honesty with which I did it allowed me to realize I’d focused a great deal of my life to getting better as a PUA but not as a professional or as a person.

About two months ago, a new guy joined our company and sat in the cubicle behind mine. He’s a writer and so we naturally had common ground. After a while, a new girl joined the office and by then, the new guy and I were chatting about everything. Then I asked him what he thought about the new girl.

HIM: You need to learn the ways of what we call “sarging” her.
ME: Okay, but I’m going to kino before you do

There we were, two PUAs in the same office! Who would have imagined it? Me a foreigner meeting a local PUA and working with him? Naturally, lunch breaks transformed into sharing field/lay reports from our travels in America, Europe, Africa and Asia. I learnt there is a thriving PUA community in this city, with regular sarge nights and workshops and over 100 loyalists. Suddenly, the city was alive! But as this common ground began to narrow down to what we really want out of it, I realized he was in many ways similar to myself.

I work in the media industry where fast-talking publicists, arrogant agents, celebrities and vapid social climbers roam around seamlessly. Yet with PUA, with the ability to control a conversation and become the AMOG, we’ve intentionally taken PUA into the boardroom. Audacious bastards. My buddy and me are walking into pitches for business with the ability to AMOG and neg our clients into seeing it our way and not because it’s the only way but because we believe in it. We’re watching that our confidence does not become arrogance, just like it sadly does in the field.

It’s become really exciting to look forward to work and not just merely push paper. And the interesting thing is, we haven’t even put our PUA skills to the best of our abilities. Life’s become something more than waiting for the paycheck and getting home after 5PM. I’ve seen a drop in my sarge nights because I go home feeling drunk on success in something other than f-closing an HB. Yet when I do go sarging, I relish it with the enthusiasm of a first-timer.

But I don’t want to fault anybody that’s starting out in PUA and beginning to enjoy sarge nights. It’s great when you start to succeed with the HBs. I moved from AFC to who I am today over time. And I’m not even a PUA yet. Guess I’m just saying there’s so much more to this short time we have on the planet. Spending it on things that give you the right to walk a free man, liberated from society’s glorified precedents.

What use is it to be successful as a PUA when you, as a man, cannot find true glory in the things that make you who you are?

Well, in my humble (ha ha) opinion... PUA is not all about picking up girls. It is about building a life a self confidence that you would not find anywhere else.
We all feel insecure about certain things, most of us (men) are terrified of women and base their self confidence largely on their lack of success. To get this part of your life fixed is important since it raises your overall confidence.
Also in PU you learn about social situations and a large part of this is interacting with other men, fighting for the leadership position, this is used every single day...

Inner game is as useful in everyday life as it is in PU!

My life changed a lot since becoming a PUA. If your life has changed as well, congratulations! I am happy for you man!

Love

Ezo
