Alright, so a couple nights a go while you-tubing NLP, I came across this guy: Derren Brown. Apparently he has a very successful show in Britain called Mind Control, although it has not made any waves in North America. Basically this guy uses forms of neuro-linguistic programming to change and read people's minds and emotional states. Much of what he does I believe can be adapted to pick up, and I want to make it my mission to try and do that. He does use common forms such and anchoring and visualization techniques, but he also uses subliminal messaging. Watch in this video as he distracts the conscious mind with questions, while telling the subconscious mind subliminally to accept his paper as money "I didn't want to take the subway, but my friend was like 'take it! take it!'" [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Vz_YTNLn6w[/youtube] I'm sure this could be adapted to raising a woman's attraction towards you or convincing her to go home with you. (I'm not saying it's right) In this video he hides subliminal sounds and words in his speech, completely changing the state of mind of actor Simon Pegg and convincing him he really wants a BMX bike. [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=befugtgikMg[/youtube] Again, could be used in routines/patterns to change the emotional state of a person towards your benefit. I understand there are ethical problems with this, but it would seem amazing if this stuff could be derived to change the psychology of woman. And I know NLP techniques are used a lot in the PUA community, but these two techniques I have never heard of before. What do you guys think? |

Derren Brown said in his book that he doesn't believe in NLP, only the techniques from Bandler. He also said that he doensn't always do exactly what he says he's doing. |

I have used this before in my game. I have used some of his routines as DHV routines and I have a female friend anchored so that she falls into fits of laughter when I raise my hand (which is pretty awesome when mixed with a few other suggestions). Yes, this can be very effectively applied to PU |

That's sick man!Yes, this can be very effectively applied to PU Could you possibly elaborate and maybe post some of his routines that have worked well for you? And possibly add the pattern used to anchor the girl like that? I want to be able to do this stuff. |
