Hey guys I could use whatever input or suggestions you may have. I have this paragraph- more or less, due tomorrow in my college english class. We just started the semester and I havent had much if any interaction with the girls of this class. Anyway the assignment is to choose a quote- from anyone really, but you must explain the impact it has or had on your life. We are going to read them aloud for the class. I figured this is a great opportunity to DHV. I dont even know where to start besides something from my music, but I dont think a Lamb of God quote is going to put across the DHV Im aiming for. Ideas? |

Guess I should have posted a bit more in advance. I think I got this one. You miss 100 percent of the shots you never take. —Wayne Gretzky Its easy to let complacency dull our dreams. Its comfortable to travel the path of least resistance, taking no risks and gaining little. The approach to some endeavors can come with anxiety, doubt, and cynicism. Do not overanalyze anything before you try it. Sometimes you have to just yank a bandaid off. Wayne gtetzky's quote serves as a reminder to be self motivated. Its one's self, afterall, that has the greatest influence on their own achievements. You must commit to your aspirations to transcend beyond the average and accomplish something great. Fuckin right? Im sure you guys can relate to the moral of this. |

Here's a tip - write your description as sensually as possible (e.g. describe taste touch smell etc) watch the girls melt as you say it eloquently and passionately, lol. As we glide through the ease of life, the beauty and exotic experiences that exist beyond these familiar comforts, lay sullen at the feet of those who fear to try. To try for something greater than their current existence..." and so on, etc. etc. lol |
