Picking up waitresses: I have definitely tried to pick up a lot of these... but have not had the greatest success.

There's this pizza place where I live that's full of HB's that I've used for practice (I actually beleive I'm banned from there now!). I didn't realize it at first, but there's a boundary there that you gotta get around. If you are obvious that you are picking up a waitress, she's already gone and you might get a PUA rep at that restarant and be blocked from picking up others. That can be used against her because she's supposed to be working and you also are a customer. Also, you gotta discern if her behavior towards you is because you're a customer or because she likes you. This can be a tough one. Any thoughts or recommendations here?

Well I think youre already at an advantage because she HAS to give you attention. The key is to not act like youre coming on to her (the douchebag patrons at Hooters come to mind), and build some comfort.

Open like you normally would, an opinion opener sounds legit... maybe ask for her opinion on an item in the menu, and then immediately neg her about her choice. You have to be quick as your time is limited to the few seconds she stops to ask for your order, if you need the check, etc.

I've found that in situations like this Negging goes a long way. All you gotta do is use 1 neg right at the beggining and it snaps them out of thier autopilot phase.

This worked for me with a girl at a Subway restuarant. I just asked her "Do they make you wear those hats?". She went off about it and just kept talking to me blah blah blah... then if they ask you how you're doing say something like "how do i look?".

Negging is very effective when the target has to approach you.

Ah, my specialty, hired guns :D

I run game on hired guns by going completely under the radar. Nothing direct, no SOIs or IOIs even if she gives them to me. No rewards until you take her out of her work enviornment. It's best to strike really interesting conversation while gaming her in her workplace, and #close the second time you go back there. The second time you come back is where you use the big guns. Rapport is set and the door is open if you left with her smiling after the first time. Kino is important. Simple things though, hand hugs and knudges with your elbow after you crack a joke on her.

And most of all, run game on more than 1 of the waitresses or bartenders, that way it comes off less threatening.

Yeah i would neg them on there outfits (color mis-match , anything standing out, uncomfortable). Giving a slight laugh, indicating for your personal interest. Then asking something your curiosity about, like why the pizza delivery box are square and not round. Then negging them for not knowing,
telling her that that there are a lot of hired guns in restaurants, she will then ask what what hired guns... blah blah or telling her that it is a scenic restaurant, that she should be cautious of places with lots HB, attracting quirky men. and so forth
I'm new to PUA and i just made it up, any comments would be great :)
