In theory it could end up well. She's obviously thinking that you might try to change what you said to try and get with her. Tell us how it ends up. Best of luck.

Gentlemen.. i have just stumbled upon an idea which has awesome potential. I recently put it to test on a paticularly difficult situation with a defensive, shit-testing HB7 with great success. I disqualified myself by putting her in the "friend-ship hole" (i LJBFed her). The following messages are unedited and sent over a social-networking site similar to Facebook (called Bebo). The story behind them is: I opened her in a 2-set with her hotter friend who I #-closed and when I turned to the HB7 in question to get her # aswell, she stated "Haha I dont have a phone". I saw through it and teased her about it and ejected later (as I actually had to go). Few weeks later she finds me and adds me as a friend on bebo and comments and one of my pictures (positively) and we exchange the following profile comments: Her: hey there lol..thought id leave u a boring comment..=] how have u been.??.hope all good..well see u around.. t.c byee `[HB7] Me: heyy, lol yeh ur comment was pretty boring but ill give u 5 points for being honest =P im pretty good thanx, urself? just been really busy lately studying my ass off for exams.. wats been happening wit u? take it easy, peace. oh and thanx for the pic comment btw =] Her: hey..yeah i understand wat u mean..exams are abit head on..well go0d luck wif ur exams and make ur parents happy =P. see u around mwaa ps. do u always smile at da train while waiting?? =P Me: hahaha my parents will never be happy.. thanks.. cant wait till its over! anyway how goes tafe etc? and wat do u do for fun? p.s. do u always stalk cute guys? =P Her: tafe is heaps go0d and for fun i talk on my fone =] p.s there were no cute guys around, only 1 ugly 1..you! =P Me: oh mad so u finally bought a fone ay? yeh they can be a bitch to save up for.. =P bad timing i would give u my no. but i just.. um.. lost mine =] haha ugly ay? ur lucky i love sarcasm.. some ppl dont dig that. but seriously u lost ur 5 pts for making me all self-conscious =P lol im totally gonna go to the gym and train 6 hrs straight instead of studying now to compensate for my face! laterz. Her: well i got to tell u i didnt tell u da truth dat day. =] go do 6 hrs of gym..as if u will do wat u say =P and i dnt realii put dwn da points u give me in my book to improve it..looks lyk u give points out to every gurl? and i wasnt being Sarcastic Me: hey im back from the gym =P lol thank you Captain Obvious way to take a joke.. yeh i realized that as soon as u said u didnt have a fone u were fucking wit me. cant say i blame u.. lol i wouldnt give my no. to me if i was a girl either.unless of course i wanted to get played.. like u said it looks like i give points out to every girl- or maybe i do it to filter out the ones who are worth my time? *mystery* =P but i dont really dig chicks who get too serious and cant take jokes.. lets be honest itd NEVER work out between us- ur like a female version of me..! thats no compliment lol im cocky and like to test ppl, so lets just be friends =] take it easy, BFFL. =P Her *Private Msgs Me* i guess we have to knw each other beta..u have made ur choice dat it will NEVER work out between us ..so yeah m kool wif being friends but dnt go around changing ur own words in future....i didnt quite understand dat "m a female version of u"?i think it will take me quite a time to understand u.lol..and through bebo it wont do any go0d. well study hard. t.c [HB7] Now I think that this strategy worked (in this context) because:

Well it wasn't good but it wasnt too bad either. You interviewed her, and qualified yourself to her too early on. Also, don't thank her for giving up a comment, its AFC. |

lol yeh I made a few other mistakes too including when i responded to her reaction-seeking behaviour.. also, I tried to qualify her early cuz I assumed attraction.. maybe that was a bad move too but i figured ur supposed to qualify them after attraction right? perhaps that doesnt apply when u assume attraction? haha btw she got my email from a mutual friend and emailed me the other day a few hrs later after sending her last msg. |

"like u said it looks like i give points out to every girl- or maybe i do it to filter out the ones who are worth my time?" also, ur half-right: qualification is something u want, but u wanna do the qualifying to her and not her to u since you've already attracted her so therefore it wont be hard for her to justify to herself why shes interested in you. however, she has to know that ur interested in her for the right reasons (i.e. not her physical features only) and this is why it is necessary to qualify her. hope this made sense and made things a bit clearer. |
