Well I decided to rent this movie which stars Scott Mechlowicz (Scotty from Euro trip) as a gymnast who encounters and old man who seemingly leaped to the top of a 12' roof and thus they begin training. I haven't finished the movie, but the central theme to this is to live in the moment. It just got me thinking and it just kind of clicked. A pretty good movie to pick up and a good lesson for a lot of us. |
