Well you can do what DrunkOnCapeCod suggested, It will work if you've demonstrated enough value.
I do phone game differently, and my way always works, so I'll brake it down for you and you can use it or do DrunkOnCapeCod's way.
You need to get her home phone number, first off all. Don't ring on hours on end on your mobile, because well you don't know her well enough, whats the point of wasting your money on her, she hasn't earned it yet.
Get her to give you the home phone. The problem is she wants to talk to you during the day. No! Your busy during the day, you have too many girls calling you, and you don't have time to call her! i mean common shes just a club random! when you call her be in a high energy level mood! like OMG guess what mood, say something like this -->
" Oh hey, this is (name), im actually busy all week, me and my friends are working and going to all these cool amazing places, so i won't really have time to talk to you at all until (monday, Thursday, Sunday, Tuesday). Ill give you a quick call around (monday, Thursday, Sunday, Tuesday) night, and well see what happens. Can't make any promises tho.
You should be proud missy im actually making the time, i don't usually do this for girls i just meet! ".
Ring her on that night, get her home phone, say your mobile is about to run out of battery. Or make a genuine excuse!
When you talk to her on the phone, blast her with routines that DHV! make sure you tell her that theres alot of girls waiting for you, and you want to see which one is special. Tell her you should have been busy doing other stuff but you decided to give her a go on the phone, see if shes worth it. Make sure you let her know that you lead men in some way. Don't be straight up like, "yeh bitch im the man", lol no! put it in storys, so you'd talk about your friend whos very rich and takes care off all his girls. so and you went over to his place and this girl wouldn't stop following you around to try to get your number, and you were freaked out! ra ra .. you get the point.
then say, look ill be busy for another few days, im actually doing something on Sunday, but ill give this a shot, see if we can have some fun! Nothing serious. Im free after 12, I've got band rehersal before than. (or something, if its sleaping in, make it sound cool, .. I'm developing my artistic ability lol).
Meet me on Sunday at 1pm here and here. (know where you are going).
Don't allow her to take contorl and say shes to tired to do something on Sunday. If she says that its a red flag. Don't let her reshedule for (friday, saturday) or in events which will be to her advantage, such as her friend is joining you or somecrap. Put your foot down for the scenario you want, whatever that may be. Be like "Omg, i dont have all the time in the world, im a very busy boy sweetie, your gonna have to make the time if you wanna see me!".
When you go on the date, you have to demonstrate more value, by doing stuff, going to places she hasn't been before, standing out. You also have to build rapport, and escalate kino (hand holding all that crap), build some compfort at the end. You have to be fairly well dressed. If she asks you if this is casual or if she should bring heels, say "no heals, this is just a casual first meet up to have some fun and a good time, nothing serious this is NOT a date! So id be best if you get some casual clothes otherwise ill take you all around hard to walk places  and ill have the horrible burden of making you carry me." while she does that, you dress up!. You have to look like the prize and her the loyal sidekick (dont over dress). Take sometype of IOI thing, i take my IOI toy this is purely my invention! its a little magnet cat which straps around my belt and having that makes her feel like im a safe guy initially and gives good conversation routines. I can go into a routine saying "a girl gave it to me just before she left, ra ra, she wanted to give me more but i insisted, my family brought me up well rara"
Don't kino until you've DHV, build Rapport, and made yourself seem like the prize that she has to now siff through all the girls to get you if shes lucky and good enough. Don't follow her around ever, always make her follow you around, if she starts to go in a direction by herself, you go the oposite direction and make her come back too you. If she says "Omg your crazy, whyd you just go the other way like that" be like "beacuse i saw something cool, doh!" Don't seem keen! be always in control. Usually if you haven't had sex in 3 months you'd be very very keen and not in control! your mind frame should be "I don't care, I want you babe, but i definatly DON'T need you! your not that special, you even have a bf you don't even like! your such a looser!".
Take her to places no guy usually takes a girl. So all the things she might know or have seen! well skip them. If it means taking a ferry out around the coast or going in a IBM building where they have really cool lounges, or going anywhere where she hasn't been where you can from than brake out a routine. If your getting something cheap, pay for it, like if its a $5 sushi thing, pay for her. Don't seem cheap. She can pay for the next one. Don' t go over $5 thats your limit for her! If she offers to treat you, say no. You don't want to seem like a guy that leaches off girls, thats creppy. You have your own values you live by, and you don't brake them. If she does anything like that or something you don't agree with, well pay her out! ask her whatype of looser guys shes been dating, and look at her wierdly. Lower her value!
If you do this right, than qualify her, pass her and fail her whenever you feel like it! Give her little games, and always fail her the first time, and pass her the second, at the end take her to a park lay down make her cuddle up in your chest, talk about the heart, if she says " I can't hear yours " say " well thats because i dont have one ", make sure its not dark! talk, keep kino escalating, kiss, move back if she trys to kiss you, tell her to slow down OMG your wild! if she jumps you and kisses you well, yeh take it! Leave her hanging, be in control! and after that you can invite her to your place, watch a movie, escalate kino all through that, than have sex.
I do this in 2 days. And it works, i recommend you wait at least 3 days before you have sex. because she doesn't really get into it until you've build some serious comfort on day 2.

This second post includes a tough problem to chew... Well i got a phonenumber from a girl at the club on thursday. I was drunken but not so badly. I chatted him and she seem to like me, later I asked her to give me a phonenumber, she was like "okay but i have a boyfriend" (he was even on the bar at the same time) so i was like " then you dont have to give it to me", and i was way to put my phone back to my pocket and she said "okay i can give you my number but i dont promise anything" and crabbed the phone from my hand. Then i asked when i can call etc. She said that on the daytime. Then we talkabout something that i will call her next week. Im about to call her tomorrow.
