Lets say I decide to go to Europe for the summer and I want to hook up with a German hottie or English, would I get blown out of the water for being an American? I understand a lot of the world dislikes the US, but is that going to affect my PU overseas?

Pickup is different overseas - at least from a woman's perspective. They assume different of foreign men than they do of American ones.

In an article from a while back, a European model was expalining about how every time she attempts to flirt with American men non-verbally (eye contact, ect.) they are too scared to lock eyes and pretend like they didn't see the woman. She then talks about how much differently European men carry themselves. She goes on to talk about how all she has to do with a European man and hold eye contact and he will go over to her and begin flirting with her. She then goes on to tell about how this works in every country in the world except America - an American man will be unconfident and pretend that he didn't see her. The problem with this behavior is that is unnatural so that is something to keep in mind when you head over there.

Agreed. I am an American overseas for a semester of college, and let me tell you, the eye contact thing is very true in many cases (but not all). In other words, if your game is good you will have no problems whatsoever. Girls don't avoid Americans here. They hate our government, but not necessarily our people... (at least thats how it is for me in London and how its been as well in Italy, Germany, and Ireland)...

Sweet. Now my only concern is learning to speak German. Oh well, that might give me a chance to work on how to pick up a woman without saying a word.

Always Mr. Brightside here. Thanks for the news guys.

Facing a new challenge - way to look at things positively!

Sorry can't help you with German - if you were going to the Ukraine or Russia it would be a different story but if you want to learn quick I'd recommend Pimsleur courses, you won't find better language learning courses. I used them to get through high school Spanish back in the day.

Most young germans can speak pretty decent english, especially if you speak simple english and slow.
BTW I lived last year in Germany.

I am also an American studying in London and I have found that most people here don't care too much. Although I have had a few sets I remember in which they plainly said they do not like Americans lol! Also depends where they are from...some girls from certain countries are def nicer than others.

As for the whole foreign chick thing, I wouldn't be too concerned with it. It actually helps your game trying to talk to foreign hbs because you can't always resort to things that usually work and you must think on your feet. The only trouble is talking with girls that do not speak english very well. Its hard to dhv to a girl who has no idea what the hell you are talking about! However, I still k-closed a french hb 7 who spoke bad english, but I was able to isolate and use the VERY FEW french phrases i remembered (like 2 lol) ^^. In those situations I found it good to just be more physical and lead her with kino. Im not gonna life, its definately a challenge, but nothing you can't accomplish with some dedication and willpower! Plus, when you DO succeed, it makes the success that much better.

Additionally, "hating Americans" is a phrase some people use that isnt necessarily true. I approached a Russian chick and the 1st thing she told me was "I HATE AMERICANS!" I k-closed her within 10 minutes! :D So don't let the fact that someone "hates Americans" make you think you cannot game them, sometimes you can! Still, it is rare that someone will blow you out of a set out or even mention they hate Americans... At least from my experience... If so, take it as a shit test and continue gaming

I'm from Holland. To speak in generalizations, most people don't like America. But that doensn't mean they don't like Americans. Just don't talk too much about how your love of the war on Iraq, Bush, that you're a true Republican, death penalty etc. Lol I'm a bit harsh.
TBH, if I saw an American I would love to talk to him/her, and I think most Europeans do. It's just I hate the fact that American politicans think they're the most beatiful country in the world. But meanwhile there's death penalty, segration.... never mind that's a whole different topic.
Don't worry about where you from.
