| Post subject: | NetCoaching: The hottest new way to learn pickup? |
Alright, so I just signed up for a "NetCoaching" program with a company called PerfectSeducer. Basically, for one month, I will be talking to a PUA coach on a daily basis through either the phone or internet and he will be giving me exercises to do with a personalized plan, tailored to my specific needs, for gradual and solid growth. This model for learning pickup seems to be pretty new in this community, aside from the Styelife Academy thing, but apparently SLA wasn't as personalized of a program. If anyone else is interested in checking this thing out, the website is: http://www.datingcoachlive.com/ It costs $300 per month. I got a discount through some connections, though. No, I can't be your connection. Sorry. I'll fill you guys in on how this goes. |

On a forum provided by PerfectSeducer, my coach "Petro DeMello" asked me what my current standing is in regards to pickup and my social life, what my goals are, and what's in the way for me to achieve my goals. My first call with him is going to be on Sunday. More to come. |

Alright, so I just got off my "Introductory Call" where I spoke to my coach, Petro, over SPAM. I've never used SPAM before, it's pretty cool. I'll probably be using it a lot Anyway, back on topic. Petro told me a little bit about the method of NetCoaching, and how workshops and bootcamps lack the continuity it takes to get good at this stuff. I certainly do see the value in attending a bootcamp (I'll definitely be taking some in the future), but he's right. You get inspired and in-state for a few days and nights, and a month later, you may just as easily slip back into your old habits. There needs to be more services in this industry that offer clearer long-term plans. He lives in Macedonia and travels around Europe. He's had 8 years of experience in this game and he told me that he's learned a lot from naturals that he made friends with. We got to know each other a little, shared some light banter, and talked about pickup. He said he'll be posting up my first mission tomorrow. I'm ready to rock. |

My coach provided a diagram of the main goals I would want to achieve in this course, and the little concepts it consists of that break it down. He asked me questions of how I've been developing and practicing these abilities in the past. Pretty slow start. Hoping to see more stuff. |

Exactly! Learning the pick-up arts is an individual experience - undoubtedly bootcamps/seminars may help, but beyond that it’s up to the individual to take it to the next level. Without the follow-up support and infrastructure (like step-by-step modular learning and a dedicated forum), any success may be temporary as a student falls back into the same bad habits and old routine. Somewhat like expecting to become a PUA by reading an ebook, it wont happen! And with all this in mind, we have been developing the first smash approach-anxiety ecourse. Modular based with daily drills and journals, fully supported by a dedicated and private forum where questions are answered with very specific and tailor-made advice. More details available soon…. |

Interesting idea. I don't think I'd personally pay $300 for teaching over the net, but let us know how it goes for you. |

Nah. Only the daily step is done over the net. It's a hybrid method. It's actually a one-on-one phone coaching plan, with daily action steps and feedback to keep you accountable and on track. |

I was also fortunate enough to get a month free through the same connection, it seems like a decent experience thus far, nothing really special in my opinion. I will write a detailed report in another thread! |
