Would love to hear your thoughts on this article. Basically, he says although stating what you directly is viewed as courageous by women, it puts too much pressure on them. You have created a pickup dynamic and now they are put on the spot to decide if they like you or not. https://cliffslist.com/stop-complimenting-women/ I can relate to this as I have been approached (only a few times in my life) by women. Once, in high school, a girl sat down next to me and started telling me all the things she liked about me. I felt somewhat strange and didn't quite know how to respond. A different girl, never exactly said she liked me, but always smiled at me, dropped hints, teased me..I got the idea needless to say. It turned me on and I felt no pressure. |

I personally don't compliment because I am too busy looking at myself... However, I do compliment when I feel like she is the one chasing me...you have to give back to those that like you. This will be a lesson in making people long term allies. |

I am very big on compliments... see these guys that come up with these bogus concepts... I believe in the art of charisma, I am not so insecure that I worry about building someone up to more... no I WANT to build everyone up to me. THAT'S CHARISMA... bringing people up to your level. A great compliment shouldn't be a laundry list of things about you, it should be pretty simple what you like about somebody... and more importantly WHY you like it. Does it make her eyes glow? Does it compliment her skintone? WHY DO YOU LIKE IT? Those who don't compliment show a weak form of game, their game is still based on power balances... like there is one. I don't worry about that stuff because I always come from a place of power, as I assume it. Check out this video on how to compliment: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_d3W99Hpn4 |
