How to keep you cool when in the presence of a very attractive woman? Guys what’s your frame for this? My co-worker just handed me a newspaper with had swimsuit contestants in it. The women where gorgeous and were illustrated on a full page print. I realize that by just looking at the print my hormones are starting to rage, where I can only think of one think. It’s like I idolize them, their beauty, it’s almost blinding. How do you guys keep control of yourself when interacting or having sex with a woman of your dreams? SimpleShock |

Just tell yourself that beauty is common and nothing to idolize... because it's true. Beautiful women are just people and the more of them you interact with the more you come to realize that. Some of them are great people and some of them are fucking douche bags, but they all eat, sleep, and take shits like you do.... actually, maybe that would work. Visualize them taking shits. |

Remember Beauty is common because there are alot of beatiful women out there. "IT'S NO BIG DEAL" this is like the king of PUA rules, and It's what I go by. Don't compliment women on there beauty especially HB9/10's because beautiful women have heard it before hunfreds of times from all the AFC guys and the're not impressed or flattered anymore. Don't compliment them at all unless they earned it, your not some obsessed fan who fawns over them and idolizes them. You are a high value guy with your own agenda. My tip is to say something like, "well beauty is common, but what else do you have going for you apart from looks?". Try to get this into the conversation some time. They will NEVER expect you to say something like this. All the AFC's to date will have never asked them this question. They would have commented on her beauty and go right into seduction phase and they would fail. This question alone will immediatly set you apart from everyone else and then watch how difficult a time she will have trying to answer your question. She will think very hard for a answer, it's rather amusing. |

yeah i used to, still have a little, problem with this its tough sometimes, but as stated above jus think of them as any regular person, they aren't anythin special... |

No!! Beauty is not common!! It is just warped, physical attractiveness is common. Beauty is everything.. I used to think looks were something to be idolised untill i started getting out and about and seeing how many women had looks, i started to think that so few of these women deserved their looks and they were more shallow than I was. They have so many other women to compete with that I started looking for a little more. And if one magazine turned you into a hormone machine you need to calm the fuck down fido, you are being controlled by your dick. |

I like this quote. Good work. My advice: Do things that calm your nerves. Think of it as a stressful situation at work/school/etc. For example, you could eat a bag of chips. Whenever I get nervous about making a phone call or something, I will try to keep my mind/body occupied with other things (i.e. go to the gym). I'll have an idea that I'm calling a girl before hand, but I try to follow the three-second rule right before I pick up the phone. |

Fido, lol. Yeah guess I am. And I think most of the guys here are too. I mean guys love sex, I just need to cool it down somehow. And the suggestions you guys mentioned are great, it will take some will power though.
