i think you need to relax CHEIF. It is obvious that a scenario such as this or any other would not take a few days to fully solve. But before my buddy starts fucking up even more with this chick, i need some advice to help him, can YOUU solve it?

My buddy worked with this one girl and they started to like each other. They made out like twice and then after a while, she got a new boyfriend. My buddy and her talk ALL of the time on msn. Day and night, and they flirt a lot at work to, even though she still has a boyfriend and claims to really like him. My buddy and her have webcam conversations and she has already showed him her bare ass, her in her bra and she has fuckingg finggerredd herselff while on the phone with him!! He's showed her stuff to on webcam to get her to show him stuff and sometimes he asks and she shows. They always talk about sex and she says how much she can't wait to have sex with him. He has almost gone to her house a few times and then she cancels at the last second because she doesn't want to cheat on her boyfriend. They are now hardly talking as of 2 days. This is because he told her that he still has feelings for her (maybe he thought she would say something back and he would be in). He also asks her why she is with this new guy over him, and she totally knows that he is a great guy but according to her she would couldnt see herself going out with my buddy. I want my buddy to fuck this chick and then date her, but i have no advice to give him in this awkward situation. Does anyone have anything that i can tell him??

She doesn't want him to be emotional, she doesn't want to be "with" him, she just wants a good fuck. He may have blown that already, because now that she knows he still has feelings for her, it's probably not a risk she is willing to take. The only thing I would try, is pretend the whole thing never happened, go back to talking about hot sex, get her horny and then make a move, but give the hot sex talk a week or two to get her back into the right frame. Keep the emotions out of it. She likes her bf, she just wants a good fuck.
