My question is...

What is the best way to handle a situation in which a group of girls will pick you out and ask you to take a picture of them?

first of all.. i hate this.

I feel as though a group of girls will pick you out to take a pic of them because they might want to show themselves off.. and not in a IOI way.. instead it is the opposite.. almost as if they are showing off and rubbing it in your face with a " you cant have this" attitude..

I hate taking pics.. i cant stand this. It gets on my nerves.. i dont believe it is an IOI.. its girls advertising to everyone but the person taking the picture.

so how can you take this situation and change it to your advantage..

how can you turn it into a neg.. or how can you make it to your advantage..

any creative ideas or feedback? what do you all think?

usually i only find it acceptable when the group of girls are actually good friends of yours... but randoms??? c'mon i feel that it is a slap in the face almost..

your thoughts please...

Well you could say "OH THANKS! I need a new camera anyway!", grab, and stride (don't run) out of the club with your new $50-$500 camera.

Or you could just say no.

so you girls take pics so you can actually try and piece together your night, after you get way too fucked up.

should i have you put my number in your phone now, or in the morning?

never actually tried it, but im pretty hostile towards women and it seems to work 75% of the time.

If they say you're an asshole, say "ya it does wonders weeding out the insecure girls" and walk away.

It will drive them nuts. They'll find you later and ask you if you really think they're insecure...

hopefully you can strike up a convo from there

Take a picture of yourself and say "sorry, I'd sign it but I don't have a pen" then hand it back or hand the camera to someone else and get in the group shot with them.

I go out of my way to take pictures of groups of women. . .Do exactly as Durus said.

1. Pretend like you're going to snap the photograph of the group (even count down to add to the effect) and then turn the camera and take a picture of yourself.

2. Take a real picture of the group.

3. Then ask another random person to take a picture of you and the group (using her camera).

Great Cocky-Funny routine.

Perfect advice between Jay Wa and Durus. This little gimmick is $! I've used it before, and it's barrels of fun. :D

Takes camera, turns it 180 and snaps photo of slef making goofy face...hand camera back while laffing...

Tell them you said take a picture, i just assumed you meant of me. Then tell the chick you gave the camera back to to take a pic of you with her friends...

First off your right, girls snap pics like crazy when they are out to get attention. They ask guys they are kinda intrested in as a shit test.

I did the above mentioned 2 nights ago to a friend...snapped a pic of me sticking my toungue out as she walked back to our other friends (all chicks) and then handed her the camera back...she looked to see it, cracked up...and paid more attention to me later...also asked someone else for the pic lol.

my buddy did this a bunch, and it's usually hilarious!

girl: take our picture
wing: ok, gimme the camera
*wing gets camera*
wing turns to me and takes a pic of me, posing all funny.

girls: omg no give it back then!
wing: ok ok ill take it, -motion for them to pose-, then start taking pics of the roof and ground and shit. so funny haha.

haha that is great. I think snapping the photo of your friend rather than yourself shows a less self-absorbed attitude which is good.
