I have started to realize that I really just don't care about rejection anymore. I started to look back at a few events and noticed what has happened. I was playing racketball one day and I notice 2 girls walking by and by the third time I notice them and a ball was not flyingh at my head, I walk out of the court. ME-Hey! You two. THEM-Us? ME-Yes you. You two need to knock this shit off. I'm trying to focus in here and the two of you are making it really difficult. THEM-How are we distracting you?(puzzled look) ME-Look, I'm likeGeorge Bush. When I see something pretty, I look. (I'm a GB supporter) So for my safety, cut it out. THEM-(laughing) Alll of that was strictly for my amusement. One was pretty while the other...not so much. Then the second time that I go to a club, Idon't see anything in the club worth chasing. When we leave though, there are four attractive girls in the parking lot. I walk over and ask about any clubs. They suggest the one I just left, and then I invite them to go to the next one that they thought of. They declined and I went about my business because I was going to a party after the club anyway, until I found out that I would have been one of the few straight people there. But the point is that I act completely goofy with no intent to pick these girls up and basically I have found my way to get over the approach fear. If anyone has problems with approach, just go talk to cute girls without the intent to pick them up...at first. |

I completely agree Waffle, when you don't care it gets so much easier. Nice opener btw I like how you went after that set. |

One of my gay friends i see every night i go out is always surrounded by these blonde playboy looking girls. They just love him. I guess it does help he is a clinque rep too.

You've got comfortable with it and dont care so much. Its all about inner game, once you got that right you're flying. If you got everything in order you stop caring what other people think. Then its what you think that matters. If you know you've got options, high vaule and nothing to lose. Then if that pick up doesn't work out who cares. If you dont put too much importance on it, theres no pressure. |
