Hey guys, Fashion and I are currently looking for a housemate, and we would prefer to find someone cool from the community. The "Mansion", as it has been deemed, is in Feasterville, PA just by the Neshaminy Mall. With easy access to route 1, Street Road, 95 and the turnpike. Our house is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath place. You would be living with 2 PUAs and 1 AFC. The house has Verizon Fios high speed internet. An office where you would have a desk for your computer needs. A large kitchen with a dishwasher. A large game room, where we have ping pong and host a weekly poker game. We have a decent sized back yard and plenty of space for parties. And so on, Rent + Utilities is around $550 a month. (Occasional Hookah and such is fine) We would prefer someone who is further along with their game, but we would be willing to nurture someone newer. As long as the person is serious about learning, and applying the game. At your hands you will also have one of the most extensive PUA material collections you will find around here. |

This would be great if I weren't in school, and worked down in Newark. I'd love to live in a palce with lots of parties, kind of force you to get really good really quick. |
