Ever saw the Catfish show? Catfish refer to someone who use other people picture as their own profile picture and upload many or less of the other person pictures. Usually, the catfish is not that attractive. Did any of you guys here ever being hit by a catfish before? I wanna tell my story here.
I play my game (if u know what i mean) a lot through FB. Its more relaxing that way but more tougher i guez since its tough to DHV through text especially if your FB is sort of quiet. In addition, its easier for someone to ignore a person through text than through face to face, am i right? Just now someone confess to me,someone which is close to me, someone who i always text with, someone that i have some (just little) affection on, someone who look pretty (HB 7-8) in the FB profile. How i wish it was "I love you" but instead she said "Actually, i am the catfish (i make it simpler here)". It was a shocked but the damage was kept to the very minimum. Why? Several PUAs material did say how attractive girl should behave right (most of the time) and how HB 9-10 behave. When i first know this catfish, she don't behave the way HB should behave. That's not really likely right? For example, HB don't really reply a text to a guy who don't successfully DHV but this one reply even to my lamest text!! She even always try to re-initiate the conversation. My thought start to think maybe she is different, not an HB that what PUAs material have describe. Maybe i finally found an HB which is different. However, i don't wanna think about that more because until i saw her in my own eyes in real life, i will still wander why she behave not like how HB should behave, why so easy?? But i just play along on her. My time is not wasted on her. I get to practice my phone game on her and improving myself. I never know much about girl before and there is a phrase that said "start from below and slowly going up". That's what i did.
And my suspicion pay of. She is not what she show she is. I still befriend with her now. She have something special in term of her talent and i like to be friend with someone who have great talent and plus, she is my friend. And guez what, if it is not for her, how do i get to improve my game, and inner game? She did tempt me to make me fall for her or like her and this is what i tell her all the time:
"I like anyone which is good/nice to me, including you"
"Appearance does not matter to me when it come to friendship as long as you are good to me"
And guez what, by the time she confessed that she is the catfish, i have befriend with some other HB girl who text me everyday. Before i know her, i have almost none HB girl that text me everyday. Why is that? In game, you need to level up before u can beat the boss right? I consider HB 9-10 is the boss in the game.
When she confessed that she is catfish, she expect me to unfriend her and hate her just like other guys. Sorry to disappoint her. People who read, apply and have some of the mindset of the game and PUAs don't behave like other typical AFC guys, am i wrong
? ha ha ha! She still can't believe i'm still okey and befriend with her. And she have the right to suspect that. I am someone who have long term view, someone who believe that anything i invest on will bear fruit (that nothing is a waste) and i invest on her. I am sure she will tell the unbelievable story of how i react. Hopefully she will tell it to her HB friends or her friend will tell it to another HB. Or if not, i gain a very good friend who look so highly of me who think i am the best and who remember my deeds and will support me and be there for me in return. That's good too
