| Post subject: | Picking-up a hairstylist |
So here's the case. While getting a haircut on the 14th I met the most beautiful girl, she is the owner of the salon(is that the word? English is my 2nd language), yet she is only 20 years old. I am 22. I had never met her before even though I live only 1 block away, something that even her mother made a remark at. Oh yeah, her mother was there and...also mine, as I said I live only a block away so it was natural for her to pop up. Basically my mother and her mother got talking and everytime my mother said something embarrassing about me I managed to counter with a joke, which ironically ended up working since I made her laugh various times, hopefully I did not end up being "the clown." As you can see I did not make the best first impression, so my question is this: How do you pick-up a girl whom is providing a service for you and you count with only a few minutes and you didn't make the best first impression? Additional info is that I can not pop up everyday, in case the recommendation is to say hi every other day, since I continually travel between the U.S. and Mexico(she lives in Mexico). Also I have only a few days every month to see her. First of all, thank you if you actually read my whole story, second thank you in advance for the help. Take care and see you around. |
