Why is this not a standard PUA tactic? I do it all the time, isolate a girl, dum dee dum oh look my penis fell out. Not only is it awesome fun but it works nearly every time.

Might look awkward if one guy did it, but a turn on if another did.

I actually agree, "when in doubt whip it out" has it's value but for the inexperienced guy it's not a recommended tactic... Absolute bullshit. It happens to them because they are rich and the girl either seeks money or fame. On rare occasions, the complaint is legit and they settle out of court.
