Alot of people walk around Earth saying, "Oh, I'm shit!" or "I can't do anything right!" or "I'm a loser!" for 30 yrs or more! I looked up a video on Reframing your frame and came up with power of Affimations. I did tests on my friends at school and even a counselor which was amazed by it. The counselor is well into NLP, which makes a commonality between us. Take a partner, preferally someone that's strong. Tell them to raise their arms towards you. Put your hand lightly ontop of his wrist. Tell him to put some resistance when you push down. Push down and notice that you can't move his arm. Now, tell him to lower his arm. Tell him to repeat the words, "I am weak!" 10x's over and over inside his head. Tell him to say it in a weak voice and actually feel weak. Once he's done with that-tell him to raise his arm up again. Tell him to give resistance when you push down and notice that your more easily able to. This is a demonstration how powerful the mind is! Using postive affirmations with feeling and possible thoughts can increase all different aspects in our lives. If we walked around thinking we're losers then we're gonna be losers! If we walk around like Very sexy and woman adore me because I'm the shit! We'll feel more confident and won't have much as AA. We'll be able to approach any girl, any time and strike up a conversation! A thought -> Feeling -> Our behavior\actions. Also, I think this can dramatically improve your INNER GAME! Good post stealth. Its like when a friend said to me 'your laces are pink'. I looked down at them and said 'no they're not, they're red'. 'If i keep saying they're red and i believe they're red, sooner or later they will become red'. Understand? If you truely believe something is true, it is true. When your in the right frame of mind and feeling good about yourself/life. Notice how the girls become magnetic and show intrest in you. |
