, or for example dogs, yes dogs definitely react to alpha behavior, it is inborn in them to submit to the strongest wolf in a pack, but establishing your dominance is purely a physical thing with dogs, if he does no behave he gets hit with newspaper(it does not hurt but it gives him a warning) you wont go around hitting AMOGs with newspaper tough. So in essence, while there are some similarities what is different is level of complexity of this interactions.
in fact, they prefer a nice routine where they can sleep for ages, know when they are going for a walk, know when they are about to be fed.
