I remember watching Dr. Oz and one of his guests comes out talking about the importance of body language. He basically explained that if you have your shoulders slumped over, chest in, talking quiet... you're going to be in a depressed state. I even tried this myself where I had no reason to be depressed, but I wanted to mellow out to see what would happen. I kept thinking "Why the fuck am I feeling depressed? I have no goddamn reason to be", because I felt depressed for no reason. He also explained that if you stick your chest out a bit, talk a little bit louder, have hand gestures, etc... you will be in a good state. And it's true. Just try it yourself. Now I'm thinking... We've all heard of Mind over Body... but maybe it's backwards. In my opinion it should be Body over Mind. The way you do things with your body will make your mind feel a certain way. Thinking back... I remember I had BAD nervousness with this girl I was walking to class with. (I was in my head and not in the moment) I forced myself to stick out my chest, to the point I probably looked like some cocky douche lol... but I remember it helped dramatically. Obviously you don't want to be in your head when talking to women, cause it always comes out fucked. But just practice good body language so it becomes natural and you don't have to think about it. I think if we can master that than we would be unstoppable. Fuck all the shit that is being taught... everything will fall into it's place if we can master good body language. So what is good body language? Good question. I need help answering that too. However, to get you started I think this is an awesome video that everyone should watch. Have a swagger to you. Don't be that beta phaggot who does these things but looks like he's acting hard. Probably b/c the majority of the time he has a serious face and has no swagger/spring to his step. That makes you look like you want to fight someone... and you know what those guys look like. I really wish I could find more on this guy. You can tell he is a stud and knows what he's doing. Anyways... feel free to drop some tips on what good body language is... and/or share your thoughts. Oh and this is just my opinion. Maybe I'm completely fucking off and you should speak up if you think so. I'm no pimp, I'm just speaking on my little experiences. |

Body language is something I've been advertising for years man... I even have an alpha video in my signature... You talked shit me via it last year.... However this is the most complete video (information wise) I've seen on "alpha body language" which really is just confident body language... good body language teaches you to look thinner, more attractive, it makes you look like a potential mate... On top of the fact that it makes you feel more confident... Not the best quality but this video goes over every thing I could think of at the time on good body language which goes over 18 parts... between all the different parts and the playlist the video has well over 100 likes... I've been saying for last 3 plus years that body language is the most important part of courtship... courtship is nothing but a collection of signals sent bath and forth and when done correctly lead to sex based on advancing the interaction... Once you understand the basics of body language what to send and what to decode courtship is super easy... The quickest way to FEELING confident is body language (it's one of the first things I try to go over with students) however it is not a substitute for building up your self-esteem, self-confidence, and general happiness... you'll feel confident this way but once you ARE SELF-CONFIDENT it's entirely different story...
