What mental masturbation is not is building confidence and building character. When you build confidence that means those situations where you felt afraid, ashamed, hurt and you couldn't deal with it you now feel good and now you can deal with it. Building confidence requires you to think about things that make you feel good. Building character means that way you handle a situation and this requires you to drill a plans and ideas into your head again and again like a drill sargent until you don't forget them, until you just react to the situation the right way.
The Game Has to Be In You, Not On You.
Most guys don't really need game, they just need confidence and self-esteem. That's confidence with approaching a girl, confidence with standing up to other guys, confidence with making a move, and confidence with dealing with rejection.
Guys and society place unreasonable expectations on men. They expect men to be brave, but you grow to that point. You grow to the point where you feel comfortable talking to girls or you feel strongly abouut facing your fear of girls. Once you got confidence you're really free to do whatever you want.
The second problem that guys have is self-esteem. Everyone gawks at women. Its in all the movies and magazines. Women are placed on a pedestal for their beauty, but if you have ever dated a beautiful woman you know beauty gets old just like a new video game is exciting then gets old. So because society obsesses over women men put women on pedestals for no reason. And you're defeated mentally before you ever approach a female.
And to develop confidence and self-esteem you have to massage your mind. You have to get your mind right.
