Having been out the game for over a year I started to get back into it.

I thought I'd man up and ring instead of a text. Wow did that fuck me over. She didn't answer but rang back a bit later. I couldn't understand her accent whatsoever on the phone then she claimed to have no idea who I was. Really surprised by this as the pick up went well.

I'm convinced she knew who I was, but it was just her reaction to the awkwardness. Probably would have been fine on text.

I couldn't give a shit that I've now lost her, I'll find more girls this weekend. I feel like I should just stay in my comofrt zone of texting to avoid another super awkward conversation. I can handle the rejection, been rejected so many times. I just absolutely lost all my game in the awkwardness and became AFC.

I do fine in PUA, started 3 years ago, but wow this was more horrible than my first approach.

Stick to texting or persevere in the ringing hoping that it was just a one-off fuck up?

Definitely stick to calling. It is much more powerful as far as triggering her emotions if she can hear your voice. Plus, you want to be the guy who stands out above the rest. The fact that you are calling instead of texting (like every lame ass guy she is talking to at the time) will make you stand out.

Keep at it bro.

I think that texting or calling for actual conversation is rather exhausting. Especially for you, since you're the one that should control the frame.
Text only if she texts. Call to set up a meet.
That's it.

I agree. The other bit is if she's not around her phone, doesn't pick up, w/e, she might not know it was you that called, and there's a good chance she won't call back. Then, if you text her afterward, you're already looking a bit afc.

^ not afc but needy, calling is good after you have texted and told her through text you are gonna call her and she is expecting the call.

Doesn't matter. Guys have success with both calling and texting. Its a non issue so do which ever you prefer.

Pretty much this. It depends on how close you guys are, and whether you can formulate good speech on the spot. I personally do both- set something up through texting if I don't feel like talking, or text an inside joke or something.

If I met the girl anywhere other than a night club or a bar, I'll call.

I'm not saying girls don't play the "text game" because they absolutely do. Shit, every time I go to the mall... 90% of the girls walking around are sitting there on their phone texting away. But here's my thing. I represent alot of value and status. I don't like to text because as someone who has value and other women in my life... I don't have time to be texting some girl I just met all day. I feel as if it isn't congruent with what she knows about my personality.

From what I've noticed, girls start to see it this way... here is this high value guy, runs a business, has alot of people and shit going on in his life.... Now all of the sudden he is sitting here texting me all day, finger fucking his phone..? It just doesn't add up. My rule is I don't text unless she texts first but I still keep it to a minimum... because truly, I don't have time to sit there texting every girl I'm talking to. I make her work for my time... I'm not trying to make texting buddies.

I only use calling or texting for logistical purposes... Not to build comfort and rapport or escalating. But everyone is different lol do as you desire.

Something I've really started using instead of both texting and calling is using Snapchat. Lets her see my personality more through a quick video... Definitely would suggest that to anyone looking for something new.

If you text all day you are doing it wrong, if you are high status and value, then you do not have time to be callling. See what i did, i flip your script.

^ i have never texted from my phone, unless 2 minutes before meet at the front of her house, i text from the computer using google voice.
I use text to screen for down to fuckness, is easier to do that through text than with a phone call, cause women can save face....

Some dudes enjoy that, some others enjoy texting, here is a quote by a seducer name remedy

If you enjoy texting, then text. Who gives a shit?

If you don't enjoy texting, but do enjoy fucking/face to face time. Then keep the texting to a minimum.

Rocket science. I know.

Might as well get a fleshlight in that case. If you don't enjoy interacting with women... why the fuck would you put in all this effort to get "good". Sex is fun, but after 20 or so girls you start to feel like "whatever" and after 50 shit just starts to get lame "Yes! Another one... yay... why don't I feel good yet?" Sometimes we forget that this shit should be fun, it should be about ourselves and what we enjoy doing. Not about the chicks and their responses or their sex.

If I like texting, why stifle it? It's like saying "Only fuck in the missionary position, that'll be sure to give her an orgasm and make her come back!" Fuck that. I'd rather fuck the way I want and have her not come back, but enjoy every moment. Than be with her and wonder "Okay... now what... when does this get fun?"

Sure, some guys text/facebook/twitter for validation. We've all been there.I still catch myself doing it once in a while. But you know what? That shit eventually blows up in your face. It did for me. And boy do you learn when it does. I don't think newbies need to be protected from making mistakes. If we lay out the options and let them decide, that's good enough.
