I was in the mall with my buddy and i saw a 2 set. So i approached while my buddy just stood there(maybe the mistake?). He does not know anything about the game but is still a good looking tall guy that gets decent amount of chicks. I realized after i had already approached and asked them a a question as an opener that they musstt have been around 20-25. I am only 17 so this may be another problem lol. I followed through with my game and once i finished the best friend test on them, the better looking girl (who i was standing closer to, and was constantly making eye contact and somewhat smiling at me) said ""annnyyywayyyss.."" so then i just said ""alright well thanks guys, see you later"" I am not too sure why she said that consider my body language was good, the only thing i did wrong was when i was asking them the question my face got red. Please help! |

Sounds like your biggest mistake was ejecting. You need to plow through and keep stacking your material. Don't eject when you think you're going to blow the set. Either eject when you actually blow it or eject after you close. You're still learning, don't be afraid to totally crash and burn. Crashing and burning will help you in the long run. When I was first starting out, I ejected from some ridiculously hot sets and to this day still regret not plowing through some of them. Either fail or succeed, your ego does not matter in this game. Also if your wing has no game, it's never been a problem with me but it certainly depends on your wing. Playfully setting him up with the obstacle will usually help you isolate if you really pull it off smoothly and can anticipate how your friend will interact with the obstacle. Good luck on the next set! |

Yeah i kinda thought that, but you dont have to plow, just be persistant because you can win it back. The easiest thing to do is leave, dont take the easy option, but know when to roll off. Women can spot the signs of nerves and neediness a mile away. Another thing is setting yourself up for a routine so it looks natural. Stick with teenagers for now, your own age group, this should help you develope your game faster. Im affraid of the older women, i just dont see it happening, i'll save them for the future |

One thing I like to do for practice is open a set I have no intentions of making anything of (maybe they're too old, I'm just visiting the country, etc.). That way, if I screw up and forget something or mess up or (god forbid) they reject my approach, then I have nothing to lose. It doesn't mess you up and you don't over-analyze what happened if you didn't care about them in the first place. |
