Post subject:  My Progress since I registered!
In 2007 in december I registered here, thinking ok, whats gonna happen here. Started posting, I read, written, listened to everyone who I have come across and Im proud to say this.

Im about 45% Over AA (Approach Anxiety)
Ive become way more socialable at work and everywhere else.
My confidence level has grown a good deal but not high as I want.
I find that women whether Hot or ugly are fairly ez to talk to (And this is not because I work as a butcher)
My Wardrobe has been changed (posting pics later)
Ive met a great Mentor in Tripp and he is gonna be one of my life long good buddies.
And Yeah, this is a guarantee.. give me a 6months to a year and zip will be flying to florida and it wont be a workshop!! :lol:

But this is my stats as of now, what im doing now is starting to eat right, and do my best to exercise, Thru all this weight I can see the sculpted potential in my body. So, im gonna cut back on the fast food and cook more, which im learning now. Drinking more water if anything.. still eating alot of candy though.. but trying to stop a good deal.

But this is me currently... im not ashamed of this in fact im proud to have met some men that can inspire me to be more confident and conduct myself as a more alpha male!

Awsome, same here with me. Im a new person from 6 weeks ago which is when I really started to do this and as you can probably see this is just the beginning =-). 6 weeks ago I was depressed after a break up and had severe one-itus. Now im having different problems, too many girls (thats what I like to call a good problem)

My one-its lasted 19yrs, and Ive finally broken that leash, because of what I am learning here and the fact she was just using me for, what I do for her.

Its gonna be a long road, ahead but thru this power of PUA i tend to find what im looking for, I never been too promiscuous .. I dont think the lyfestyle is for me but I open to it.

Really proud of you man. The path to PUAdom is harder than a catholic priest in a kindergarden, but we're all rooting for you here. Keep up the good work! It's really uplifting to see how another person's life transforms because of pick-up.

Yeah things are ezier now, but the main problem is that i need to number close better i still choke up and make girls uncomfortable!

If the set is going well, # close before it gets awkward. I assume you are finding a sticking point with the ending of the interaction and getting the number.

If so, use this combination.

While you are talking with them and it is still high energy, and you have not already come up with a time bridge.

Hey, before I forget, I am going to get your number. Take out your phone, set it up for them to enter the number, and continue on with the conversation.

Super simple.

as a complete newbie its good to read posts like these.i started 2 days ago,the first day i spent looking at aspects of myself and what i could do to change or improve on parts!
today i was out and about,my body language was a lot different,i felt more confident and a result of this is that people were actually looking at me and i didnt feel as if they were making any negative assumptions! i started to get over my AA by asking random people in the streets or shops for something simple like the time or where a cafe was

im feeling good today :)

keep working on it. i have been thinking like a pua my whole life so i never really experience aa like some but over the last 6 months of intense study and research, i have done so much. last year i went out with no girls, slept with no one and kissed two girls (one of which i was ashamed of). this week alone i have dates with two possibly three girls. i'm still nowhere near perfect and have a lot of work left to do but it seems like you are on the right track and understand that there is so much potential ahead.

glad to hear that your aa is leaving. just make it a habbit to talk to anyone and everyone

Thanks for all of your replies, this really helps make a more conscious effort to being a better man!!!
