Post subject:  What Every PUA's Apartment Should Have

I am moving into an apartment in a prime location in the middle of downtown and all the clubs. I am trying to make it into an after-party / pre-game spot. My fellow PUA and I are wondering what we need to have in our aparment to make it both PUA HQ and a spot for women to always want to hang. What do you think a PUA's apartment should definitely have?

5 things for a prime apartment that can be a destination as a party spot:

1) a dope music system with a good subwoofer is a must. Without a good speaker system, parties are not nearly as fun and the girls dont dance either. hope this is self explanatory
2) open, ergonomic space with couches or chairs around the place for seating. a well designed home allows the free flow of people from the door into the apartment (dont block the entrance) and open space allows people to mingle.
3) well stocked fridge full of high quality alcohol.
4) new age. dont put up college-type posters or weird wallpaper. keep the place looking fresh, clean, organized and looking good.
5) make sure it has good air conditioning and heating, a place that is too hot or too cold detracts so much from a location

The most important thing to have is at least two pillows on your bed!

As David DeAngelo mentions in his book: Have some props.

A prop is an object that attracts attention to itself. Think of a big teddybear, a big book with big letters titled: "How to give an incredible massage?", Pictures of yourself going on a trip far away such as jungle, mountains, whatever.

The props are objects that should catch her eye, and make her want to know something about it. For instance:

Teddybear: Oh that teddybear is something I've got from my childhood. I used to be very good at the shooting range with carnivals. At the age of (insert young age) I won that thing:D

Big book: Tell her what you read in that book. Or if you haven't actually read it, just make a story of what you think is in it (don't say that you haven't read it). In this case the massage: she's curious and most likely asks; can you give me one? Voila: an invite to go to your bedroom for a sexual massage.

Pictures: Tell her about what you've done when you went abroad. Say amazing stories of what you saw, what you 've experienced and stuff. It has to be interesting, not boring stuff such as, i've seen that and that. Use details, it works well, woman like details.

Hope this helps.

Not trying to be condescending but WOMEN! I had this closer pad once and somewhere in the middle of the lease my boy and I just lost focus and never had women around. I blame him because he got a GF but the first three months and the last two were amazing.

Stay focused and its more important to be pulling woman home than anything in the house itself!
