| Post subject: | How to make most of your knowledge/talents/personality. |
In other words, how to truly be yourself. Use the knowledge you've acquired through life, books, experiences...but How? We read about different kinds of techniques, on how to do this and that but not on how to be ourselves. I've tried it a few days ago, and results were astonishing. Here it goes. "Journey Into yourself" - Eckhart Tolle CDs. - the two main lessons I've got from it is on accepting the present moment and my feelings towards it. but before you go onto listening to it, I strongly suggest listening to his "The power of now" first. This will make the journey into yourself make so much more sense. To me these two leesons helped dealing with jealousy, trust and anger issues, I've become a lot happier, and nicer. Not in a pushover kind nicer. In a genuine, compassionate way nicer, and guess what? people responded. Hope it has the same results for you as well. |
